I guess I have to say I was a bit disappointed there wasn’t a play area for the one year-old I brought. The food was OK, there was a few lazy and rude staff people kind of unwilling to help unless pressured that you needed assistance. The garbage can in the bathroom fell off and was not fixable, it could definitely injure a kid. Also, a bit disappointed in the front door person‘s response when I asked him what the protocol was if he saw someone kidnapping a kid out of there establishment, his responses, I’m no snitch, meaning I wouldn’t tell the police. I asked him would you at least take a picture of the person who kidnapped the kid or his license plate, his response again was I’m no snitch. Needless to say, I kind of lectured him he looks like he could’ve been in high school, I said if you had a kid that was kidnapped how would you feel about the front door person not wanting to take a picture of the person or the license plate of the person that kidnapped their child, he stated he would not be mad at that person, but he would go after the kidnapper. Not sure how he would go after the kidnapper if nobody at the establishment was willing to identify the person because they’re not considering themselves snitches. I had four very little kids with me and sometimes they run in different directions and I definitely thought they would be safe there but they are NOT, so I guess I will not be returning to that place if they’re not willing to protect our children. I did speak to the manager Monica and she ‘I’ll talk to him” not acceptable he should not work there. I will be contacting the Attorney general, the Better Business Bureau, the governor, and several other entities. This person needs to be fired immediately if they’re not comfortable, communicating with the police and a situation of a kidnapping.

Games were a good variety and my grandson's had a blast! However, service was lousy. Long lines every time you went up to the counter, with one person working most of the time! Food was disappointing, even though I did not have high expectations on the food. Pizza cut very wonky, wings were dried out and burnt, fries were soggy; we were not given plates or a pager ( to indicate when food was done). We never got our salad. I had to go back and stand in line AGAIN, to get a refund on the salad. No instructions on where to pick up our food. You are in need of some serious training with your employees. Food was overpriced. I will never go there and order food again. I will go elsewhere to eat, after the game playing.

We had my nieces birthday party there. The kids had a wonderful time they played a lot, they ate ,they dance and they had a very good time !? It was well worth the money. This place I would definitely not recommend to anyone. It's just a big scam. There are some many things wrong with this location. Just go to Blaines Chucky Cheese. Food tastes like I ate out of a dumpster which I wouldn't be surprised if it was. The service sucks since workers just stand there. One Arcade machine takes your picture and when I did it had an error. So I went for a refund but the worker just ripped it and didnt help at all. Some Arcades take more credits then it says. Overall if you want to go to a Chucky Cheese just go to Blaine.
My 3-year-old son loves Chuck E Cheese games. The only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is that there were a few games that were broken or missing balls to be able to play the game. Over all my son had fun and can't wait to go back and play games.

Went for a birthday party and was not expecting much. My husband and I were both pleasantly surprised by how clean it was here and the pizza was really good! The girl in charge of the party was so much fun and did a great job. We ended up booking a table for our 5 year old's party since we had such a positive experience!

The prices are high, but that's no surprise. The restaurant and play areas are well kept and our 2 and 6 year old had a total blast. I highly recommend buying the 90 minutes of playtime. It seems to be about the exact right amount of time for my kids.
