Food was fine, but nickel and dime you for everything. I’m surprised we weren’t charged for ketchup.
Chicken parm served w fettuccini Alfredo. Chicken portion was very large and was cooked well.
Chicken Philly was just ok. A bit greasier than I’d expect for a chicken sandwich (chunks of chicken vs sliced). Because the meat was cubed it falls out of the bun. I’m glad I added the peppers as there wouldn’t have been much to the sandwich. Mushrooms added as well (was asked if I wanted mushrooms and pepper mix, I said yes, but wasn’t aware they were extras). Very few mushrooms and the chipotle mayo isn’t spicy. Was hoping this would have a kick to it but that was disappointing. A side of ranch is $0.50.
I wouldn’t say we won’t be back but I’ll definitely scrutinize the menu a bit more before asking for a recommendation and going with that. Service was also fine. We weren’t greeted upon entry but once seated a manager brought us menus and drinks and took our order. He was great. Server who followed was fine, checked on us once, brought a refill, and then cleared our plates. There wasn’t anything particularly special about the interaction but it wasn’t bad either, so again just “fine”.
Ample parking and plenty of high tops, low tops and seats at the bars. Tons of TVs so especially good for football weekends.

Overall seemed like it could have been a cool spot, i came in by myself just to grab some dinner and asked if i could sit at the bar which went fine, i then realized all the seats were taken and went and asked for a table for one the response i got was a sigh and eye roll followed by “fine we can get you a table” i then waited 20 minutes to even get talked to to ask if i wanted something to drink (no water was ever brought over) i got my drink and appetizer in a slightly below average time frame after ordering which wast a problem I then tried to play some songs on the jukebox (spent roughly $10 putting songs on, none of which ever played so i asked if they could put the jukebox on and the response was “no were not going to put the jukebox on right now maybe later tonight” so there was $10 already gone, i then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to have someone ask if i was ready to order, again food came out at a pretty average speed but the waffle fries were very over cooked and the bacon on the burger was very over cooked, also i had nothing to drink because my drink was never refilled until just as i was finishing up my meal and at that point i just wanted to leave so never finished my drink, i also never had the same server, it was just every once in a while someone new would come up to me and ask me what i would like, overall I would give this business a one star review based off staff and speed of service, the food was average

We are from Indiana visiting family. We discovered this place two years ago. Nothing has changed the food is amazing. The service is even better. Every time we visit we will come here!! Brisket sandwich was amazing, jalapeno poppers and of course the pulled pork tacos!!

Was up there for volleyball. The place had an amazing vibe. Definitely going back. I really like the outdoor bar detached from the main indoor restaurant. The place reminds me of a place you would have in the southern states.

Boondox is the best place in Otsego hands down. Awesome food, I like the layout of the bar area, and tons of room outside for volleyball. Plus I seem to always get lucky with pull tabs when I go here. 10/10 would recommend!

Everything was Amazing except we were in the corner with a group of 7 adults and 4 kids there was a fan over our table blowing cold air down enough some had to get a sweatshirt half the fans in the dining room were off so I asked the waitress if she could turn ours off while we were there. She came back and said her manager said no !! Really sad to ruin a fun night good service and good food by a manager that was working tonight !!!
