Always very slow service. Today asked for a crafted press and was half foam. When asked to remake it, they said “that’s the way they are, if I make it again, it will be the same.” (See photo) when foam settled, drink was half full, yet paid $7. We are done with this location.

Shout out to the lovely woman who worked the drive through this morning. Ordered a mocha for my hubby and didn’t get the chocolate covered bean - which I always steal from him. When she saw my disappointment she gave me a whole bunch of chocolate beans. Totally made my day! Thank you for going above and beyond to mark a customer smile!

Last weekend they had 50% off crafted press, and I literally got only 50% of a drink.. I understand the foam or whatever it is settles after awhile, seriously had the amount of a small in an XL cup..
Love it. Only down side was I had someone with me that could only have sprite not coke so had to go get from register before I got coffee

Order ahead is terrible. The last three times I've ordered ahead 15 minutes beforehand and they've misplaced my order and I've had to wait on walk-ins who just arrived instead of getting my order redone right away. Poor service.
