The service was terrible. Waited at our table for 20 minutes to order. Ordered drinks and a appetizer we asked for a glass of water when we ordered our drinks. The appetizer came before the drinks. They arrived 20 minutes later. We asked for napkins, a plate to eat our appetizer on and silverware. The waitress never came back. We had to search other tables for some napkins. When she finally did come back we asked for our waters. Still no napkins or plates or silverware. Plus the flies in the restaurant were terrible. I have had good meals there before. I will think twice about going back.

The best part of our visit was our server. The DJ was terrible, the food was way overcooked. For one meal, one appetizer and four drinks it was just under $100 which I found crazy for this establishment. I will not be back.

So we came in here after bad service at a different restaurant Kyle helped us he was amazing awesome service food was good checked on us drinks were good I like to keep the same bartender he disappeared so someone got him he was more then willing to come back up and help us the music was awesome in there definitely recommend here for food and drinks and service

If you like cold food that takes forever to be delivered, flies everywhere, hair in the burgers this place is for you.
What a joke. The patio sign says “seat yourself,” so we did—apparently that’s code for “sit there invisible while a server stares through you and helps everyone else.” Fifteen minutes of being ignored while watching tables around us get greeted and served. Not even a glass of water, not a “be right with you,” nothing.
The only person worth their paycheck was the bartender (had to go INSIDE) —friendly, attentive, and actually seemed to care. Too bad the rest of the staff made the place feel like a ghost town with menus.
Save yourself the frustration. We won’t be back. Rockwoods has all-day happy hour on Sunday Funday AND remembers their customers actually exist.
