Took over an hour to get our food delivered. Club sandwich came on the cheapest, crumbliest white bread and had all ham on one side and all turkey on the other. Place was really over -hyped and wasn't really busy so hard to understand. My daughter said they were great before but now have no philly cheese steak sandwich and her caprese flat bread was just so so and light on ingredients

I ordered street tacos to go (had to wait 15-20 minutes beyond promised time). Much to my surprise, they now come with a small scoop of meat, 3 or 4 tiny pieces of diced onions and a bit of cilantro. No cheese, pico, guacamole, sour cream anymore. Apparently it costs extra now for toppings. Disappointing to say the least. We’ve noticed cuts to other dishes as well, even though the prices have increased. We thought we’d try CJ’s ‘one more time’ but will be the last time. There’s much better restaurant options in the area to choose from.

We've been to Cowboy Jack’s over a dozen times now. Over all feel is the same, a great western bar and grill. Service was great, food came promptly and tasted great. The Reuben was good (personally, I could have had more sauerkraut and thousand island) but over all a good sandwich. The corned beef was more shredded than sliced and very tender and no chewiness or large fat pieces. I’d get it again. My wife got the Sloppy Cowboy and she loved it and said she’d get it again. I've since had pizza, French dip and other sandwiches and my wife seldomly get any thing other than the Sloppy Joe. A lot of great specials on certain days. We will be coming back to try a little bit more of everything!

LISTEN TO THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! Very sad to say this place has gone horribly downhill. My husband and I used to come here all the time with friends, but this was our last time. The service was horrendous. Mind you there were maybe 2-3 other small groups of people in place and at least 4-5 servers. Between us having to grab our own drinks off the bar, and tracking down the servers (so we could order our food) who were too busy standing in a circle on their phones behind the bar, we ended up leaving early and heading over to Boondox!

Waited 35 minutes for pick up just to get home and have a raw steak raw uncooked sweet potato fries and uncooked waffle fries. The coleslaw was peppered for some reason and the wings were very off.

We live close, friendly staff but 3 times in row they have ran out of rail pour achohol ! They don't sub another, just upcharge ! I'm beginning to think it's on purpose!

First time here, lots of food to choose from. Ordered deep fried mushrooms which were great. Nachos were good but the toppings weren't all the way thru, just on top. So when I ate the top chips with toppings, the rest of the chips were just chips. I've been to other places where the toppings are all the way thru the dish. Otherwise this was a great first time.
The veggie wrap was amazing, with the best broccoli I've ever had. Wish I knew how they did that.
It's the only option for veggie diets, but I enjoyed every bite. My two friends also enjoyed their meals.
The waiter was excellent and worked hard. It was obvious that he enjoys his job.
I only take one star off for the loud restaurant, but that's mostly my problem...

Your server was great and was the manager! The food wasn't as good as the state on the menu though! Look at Pictures, do what say and sever what you state... cheesy Mac and cheese! Not even close walleye was dry and had a few bones to be somewhat acceptable, panfish dinner save your money! Apt. Loaded potatoes where really good. I guess for the place they can do better on the food everything else great!
