The customer service at this location is the best in the entire midwest, possibly even the nation. There is a young man there that seemed to be the manager (GIVE HIM A RAISE) that was showing his co-workers how to make the new drinks. He was the most accomodating, kind, pleasant, patient employee I have seen in a decade or more. The establishment was spotless, and the condiments were well stocked. There was still a good selection of donuts despite it being the late afternoon, which was also a pleasant suprise. I am so pleased to finally find a DD that has great service. I will patronize this location often, even if it is out of my way as this location is doing everything right!

This place constantly closes an hour or two early. Update your hours if you are going to be closing early on the regular. Customer service needs improvement as well. Employees seem to have a high turnover rate so nobody working is ever truly trained in properly. The same drink I order also tastes different each time I go. Or sure why the inconsistency. This is the nearest Dunkin, the other closest is the Roger’s location. Unfortunate but I’ll take the drive a town over for better service and honest hours.

I've one ever gone with drive thru in this location, but In my experience, there are usually a lot of inconsistencies in drinks, as well as mediocare or insincere customer engagement, depending on who you're working with. Nothing to keep me from coming though.
worked here for less then a week, manager was super rude when questioned about my payment/paycheck ignoring me then getting unbelievably rude and upset when i told here i was going to file a police report for it was told to me that it was stolen. wasn’t ever a customer before never going back.

Awful location. On numerous occasion I’ve gone in the majority of the employees don’t greet customers. Most of them are alway clueless about how to ring up items and have an attitude. Management clearly doesn’t know how to manage inventory and lacks proper management skills and training.
