12-11-2025. 11:00am. Long time since I was at any DD. The coffee was super hot and very tasty. My Boston Crème was quite delicious. I also had a plain cake donut, a little dry, But really good. And as a bonus I was treated to a workers 18th. birthday. Oh happy day. Check out my photos.

I found hair on my donut. Didn't realize until I was almost to work. What a waste of money. Also, since I'm writing this review, a past visit I was told at the speaker they couldn't put an extra pump of flavor in my coffee when I payed for it. Very disappointing location.

so I came to the drive through with the question “do you still have the $3 drink” because I never go to dunkin and I never will again after this. the guy was rude and sounded annoyed in ways I wouldn't show a customer. I got a $3 drink and I get to the window and he says its almost $7, I didn't question it because when I get my sister a drink its always a dollar more than they say at least. I get handed a cloudy pink drink with foam on the top and I assumed it was a refresher because I get scared in drive throughs. there was no sticker on the drink saying what it was like usual and I hated the drink. there were no cars behind me and two people inside so I don’t know how they messed up that bad but I didn’t have time before my shift to fix it. I would usual drink whatever I’m given with no complaint and I’ve never left a review on any place. the guy didn’t tell me my total just said “pull to the window” once I said the size. overall I'm not very happy because this isn't the first time they've messed up my drink and shown no interest in being there.

I walked here from the hotel and grabbed a SF coconut almond milk latte. I don’t typically have fast food, but it was open, walking distance from hotel, had seating and most importantly COFFEE. I brought my own yogurt and they were able to grab me a fork (they don’t have spoons) without making a fuss about it. Clean place and all the employees were tidy.

Drink wrong and out of the bacon I ordered and paid for. Offered to replace with an item half the price. Would not give me and item for same price.
I ordered an iced chai with light ice and with oat milk. The girl gave me so much ice and I normally get this order at other Dunkin’s and it normally tastes amazing. It was disgusting and I asked if they could do anything to fix it and they said no. They took the drink and scooped ice out so it looked like a lot less of the actual drink in there. This is what it looked like after they gave it back. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back ever.

They almost always screw up my drink - I can't have dairy and even tho I ask for almond, they still screw up and make it with dairy. Food is overpriced. Donuts are subpar.

Place is super nice, and I am only giving four stars because mobile orders take forever, like put it it and it takes like 15 minutes once you get there…but the atmosphere is great, and everyone is super friendly. I’ve also never had a wrong order either, so overall they do a great job
