Haven’t been to an E&G for a long time. I should have stuck to the cold cuts like I remember. Wanted to try something new so I got the Northern Philly. I think there was peppers onions in there, minced? I dunno I wasn’t impressed with the presentation or texture. The flavor was ok and the meat itself was at least tender. Will try cold cut if I go back… may not be for another ten years 😂

Ordered drive through and one of their employees was extremely kind (Lee). If the owners see this give Lee a raise. Employees like that can be hard to come by.

Arrived on on Friday night inside the store where there were no customers and I saw only one vehicle pull into the drive-thru upon my arrival. There was an employee that appeared to be taking the drive-thru order and another guy behind the messy counter pacing back and forth, talking on his cell phone. He did not acknowledge me standing there or ask another coworker, whom I heard in the back to come help me. He just walked back to the kitchen to continue his conversation, so I took my money elsewhere.

Grabbed a couple sandwiches last night around 7:30PM (store closes at 9PM daily) - they were down to 1 loaf of bread left for their subs, but had gluten-free bread left. Took awhile to have sandwiches made, I was the only one through the drive-through line. Outside of that, it's good to start to see some "fast food" options in Otsego. Learning curves ahead, would try again after some time to get adjusted.

I had went through the drive through and ordered 2 of the same sandwiches and it was my fault for not checking the bag. I got home and had the wrong order and I called and spoke to the manager Chris. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was able to go back and get a refund for my original order. I will definitely be back and thank you for the wonderful service!

I've been to this location a handful of the times in the last couple of months & have had great experiences each time. The staff is always professional & friendly; everyone has great customer service. The food has always been correct & delicious. I'm very impressed with the customer service, it's hard these days to find younger people who have good work ethic or value customer service.

The brisket and Mac and cheese was great but the narmer was very lacking. Barely any meat or cheese.
As a new and open business I think the workers work ethic is spot on. The wait time isn’t the best but for a new business and newly trained teenagers they do their best with what they have. I love everything on the menu, the foods fresh and the place stays clean. The costumer service is amazing, feels welcoming!

Just sat in the drive thru for 30 mins with 2 cars ahead of me. 6 employees behind the counter. My husband had the same experience 4 days ago. I'm not one to complain but with that many employees behind the counter there's a definitely a management problem! Don't know if I'll be back to sit for 30 mins waiting on a sandwich, just saying!

Thought I would try this place out since it just opened, won’t be back again & wouldn’t recommend it, forgot multiple items on my sandwich & the bread was squished flat and it was wasn’t as “stuffed” as it looks like online, it was just really a sad sad sandwich.
