The food was good, messed up order. Also was charged twice. First payment went through. Person helping said it didn’t. I gave another card to the person and made another payment. I called and did not get any compensation or no offer to refund the second charge. Beware. Maybe a cash only payment there?!?

They got my order wrong in multiple ways and the time I realized it I was 20 minutes away from the restaurant. They forgot bacon on a sandwich that bacon came standard, forgot dressing on the side even though I specifically wrote in the instructions box to put it on the side. The gluten free bread was dry and inedible. I contacted customer support to see if anything could be done (partial refund, store credit, etc.) and they said they would look in to it and and get back to me, so I gave them 9 days before reaching out again and they said they had contacted the location I ordered from and would get back to me. It's been 11 days since then and I have yet to receive a response. Pretty disappointing experience all around, can't say I would recommend this location.

I’m not sure the drive-thru setup makes sense for this location. I waited 20 minutes with no cars ahead of me for a simple order—a half sandwich and a cup of soup. The food was fine, but the long, unexplained wait made the experience frustrating and not worth the convenience the drive-thru is supposed to offer. Insult to injury, no spoon for the soup.

Messed up all 3 subs in our order. Very disappointing.
Won't go back. Service was extremely slow - they cared more about talking to each other than my order. Food wasn't good at all. There's much better around, won't bother even giving a second chance that's how disappointed I was.

Went there for dinner. We ordered 2 cold subs and it took longer than expected to get our sandwiches given there was no one else in line. There was a problem with one sub and the Staff was very nice and remade it. Unfortunately they ran out of bacon making it the first time. Overall subs were not very good. Pretty disappointing visit.
