Peppermint mochas were great, barista was also very nice. They were out of normal whip so she recommended peppermint whip, SO GOOD!

During my last visit, I asked if my vanilla sweet cream cold brew could have more coffee, as it appeared to have too much creamer and foam.
Unfortunately, when my request was communicated to the barista, she seemed visibly irritated and rolled her eyes. I tried apologizing several times for the inconvenience I felt I was causing, but the overall response from the three employees was dismissive, making me feel unwelcome for politely expressing my concerns. When I spend $7 on a coffee, I want to make sure it is ideal, especially when this is the one thing I do “for myself” as a single mom of two kids who works full time.
As a loyal customer who has visited Starbucks once or twice a day for the past five years, it was disheartening to feel so disregarded. I have gotten this drink so often that I know by looking at the color of it will be made correctly. There have been at least 5 times that I did find it off from this location in which the Rogers location remade it for me for free. This is the location I went to daily before moving to Elk River but thankfully I still work in Rogers so I can continue to make it work so this location has one less customer to worry about because I can’t bring myself to go back. I felt so embarrassed and like a major inconvenience.

Yummy! No problems except wipped cream sticks to the roof if your mouth and leaves white residue you have to scrape off with the straw.

Usually a great place to go to I always come with my kids or just on my own and everyone is so nice but today in particular the staff today there was like 5 maby more people working and not 1 said anything or knowledge us standing there im a patient person and if atleast one would have said it's going to be a while or were closed I would understand other then that everyone else has always been kind

I live near Monticello but rather make the drive to this Target for Starbucks. They ALWAYS have good service and am always friendly!!! I never drag coming here because everything is always good! Thank you!

What a stupid place. Gigantic building meant for drive thru and pick up orders. No tables, no chairs. They don't even have a menu board to order... " we have our menu online " F this place. I'm sticking to Caribou for my over priced coffee

Paid for a venti, got a tall. Haven’t taken one sip and my coffee is 3/4 full. Unacceptable for these prices. The Elk River location constantly does this. Rogers has no issue filling my coffee to the top even with whip cream.
Emilee is always very nice and pleasant at this Starbucks (at Target Otsego). She is very helpful to all clients. My daughters and I particularly love coming to this Starbucks because of how pleasant she is. Keep the good service flag flying Emilee, you are a star☺️

Went through drive thru for coffee. Very abrupt didn’t let me finish kept asking anything else. Asked for skinny vanilla no classic light half n half in venti iced coffee It was way to sweet left bad after. Won’t go back. I’ll drive to Grand Rapids or

Arrived to counter barista looked right at me (made eye contact) and scurried off to the back.The other two continued their conversation in the dining area, a minute or so, while I stood there waiting. Coffee was great. It may be I am impatient but the reactions of staff really annoyed me today.
