We were seated quickly, which was nice, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended. Drinks were flat, service was very slow, and our server seemed more focused on chatting with staff than checking on customers. We’ve been coming here for years, but sadly the experience has gone downhill. The place really needs some TLC, and we’re in no hurry to return

Best food we have had in a long time! Fish and tater tots and a med rare patty melt. Perfect!!!!!!! Great service and an excellent cook! Try it out you won't regret it! I am amazed! Five stars!

Prime rib was well-seasoned and prepared - great texture and flavor. Walleye almondine was flakey, buttery, with a hint of lemon. You can tell everything is prepared homemade and the fresh vegggie sides were al dente and bright! Definitely coming back.

Hubby had the club with fries and I had the Rachel (Reuben w/turkey) and tater tots. Both sandwiches were very tasty. I have never had a Rachel with cream cheese and I really liked the flavor. First time I've ever had a Long Beach Iced Tea and I will definitely order one of those again!

Village inn in Beautiful Outing Minnesota.. come for refreshing drink and stay for the awesome wonderful lunches and 5 star dinners ... This gem in outing MN is like having the best restaurant in miles might just be the best foods in Minnesota.. night life picks up with live bands games to play in the pool room with plenty of stuffed wildlife mounted and locally cought . Dance the night away .. but don't forget to tip the hard working staff who will make your visit enjoyable and wanting to come back for more .. come visit with friends or make new ones ... You won't be disappointed lots to do in the outing MN area.. .

Good food, but it was really cold inside. We had to keep our jackets on. The place has a really weird layout with multiple levels and rooms that create odd seating areas that feel like no one has sat there in ages.
