I came here with my family for dinner. The place was moving very slow and had very few costumers. I ordered a drink and a water and so did the rest of my family. When our drinks came out, my family and I only got our drinks…no water. We ordered our food and mentioned wanting water again. Our food took very long to get out. When it was finally done, we still hadn’t gotten our water. I had to ask 3 times for something that takes 5 seconds to do. The food quality was bad. The drinks were bad. The waiter was nice, just not good at her job. This has been a reality for Owatonna Applebees lately. Something needs to change.

If you want to wait to get talked to more and flag down a different server to get your drinks and then wait for 45 for wontons and 2 nachos. Don’t waist your time. Its been terrible. Never had good service here. Over it.

Waited just to get drinks over 10 minutes. Waited again to order. Waited for our food to come. We were there before 5:00. Waitess training in. Our 2 steak orders were cold. They also took our order and 2 other orders and the other tables got their food before us. We waited over an hour for cold food. We will not be going back there.
