Arby's in owatonna, MN is very good. We stop often. Employee's are the best and service is great. If you need feedback on new items I would take off the cheesesteak sandwich. I would not order again. The quality was not there like other menu items. I will tell all my friends not to order that sandwich. I do think in season your fish is the best around.

Best value and the workers are very experienced, courteous and efficient! I enjoyed every bite of my roast beef, it was hot, very delicious and put together very well. The bathroom was very clean and even smelled fresh. The store was clean and yet very busy at lunch. Employee had a beautiful smile and seemed very upbeat! And she was fast! Thank you for being wonderful!

Something was wrong with my order the fixed it swiftly and didn’t make me feel like I was the bad guy or bothering them. Buffalo chicken here is the best I have found.
Great service at Arby's in Owatonna! The drink and condiment areas were clean, the tables were wiped off and cleared, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was overall very pleasant. Staff made sure we had everything in our order, and even checked on us (which NEVER happens in a fast food place.)

We were the only ones in line the entire time we waited at the window over 5 min for cold burnt fries and when I got home and took a bite of my sandwich there was a nice long blonde hair in my 1st bite 🤢

it’s clearly says that they close at 11pm, walked in around 10:00pm the door are closed. and can’t drive my truck thru the drive thru. and when I called I was told to walk in to the window in a below 30 degree weather
