it’s clearly says that they close at 11pm, walked in around 10:00pm the door are closed. and can’t drive my truck thru the drive thru. and when I called I was told to walk in to the window in a below 30 degree weather

I eat at this location weekly. Today was the worst I have ever had. My entire order was wrong. I have never seen the person in drive thru before, not a good place to start a new person. To top this off, my food that I did get was cold. This is not normal for this location.
