The long line and wait were not worth it - it was the worst ice cream sundae I've ever had in my life. Mine came out so watery and melted. I do not recommend it; the ice cream is way better elsewhere.

The Blast has great prices. Shown here is a large sundae that only costs 5.50. The quality and service are always top-notch. It's definitely worth checking out if you want an ice cream treat!!

Between all the ice cream places in Owatonna, I highly recommend giving the Blast a try. I really like the cookie dough flurry. It incorporated the cookie dough rather than just having chunks within the ice cream, not to mention the spoonful on top. They also are willing to customize. My go to is cookie dough with a little hot fudge mixed in. Oh, and the kids love going there and then going for a walk on the walking path right by the river.
