Most of the time, they get he orders wrong when ordering in store, the fries are stale and flavorless. Using the app when ordering is even worse. Never leave the drive thru without checking your food, cause its more than likely wrong.
I'm normally one to give places more than a few chances. However I cannot stress enough to always check your order before leaving the lot. They had been doing well in getting the order right...until today.
1) I ordered a double whopper ketchup and cheese only. I got a single whopper with everything but cheese. 2) My dad ordered an original chicken sandwich with no lettuce. Guess what was on it?!
Please, please, double check your order before leaving the lot, especially if you went through the drive through.

Came here for supper Friday March 21st, before Wilson elementary prom. The place was a mess there was maybe three guests every employee standing around. The food was horrible along with the service. I very politely asked for a new order of cheesy tots and frankly cannot believe that they though it was okay to give me the ones they did. No big deal it happens but it is what happened after that shocked me. I went back up there a couple minutes later (of course the young girl standing there couldn't be bothered to bring them out) to get them and was sitting there talking to my party when I could hear a young lady who is some type of manager speaking about me very loudly after one of the guests told me that they were comparing about me making a big deal (which I did not" that they were cold and all this other stuff and I was just completely shocked. Very grateful for our Burger King in Faribault I will never go to the Burger King in Owatonna again.
