Been here multiple times hoping it would get better.. it didn’t. Food has been burnt and just thrown together, waited in line another time for 30 min. This is the worst Burger King I have been to. Wouldn’t recommend

I go there once a week to get burgers at six in the morning because I work night shift, and they always give me a bad attitude about ordering a burger so early in the morning. They always get irritated and tell me that I’m gonna have to wait and then get upset when I tell them that I don’t care about waiting for the food. I don’t understand why they get upset about people ordering what’s being offered on the menu. Either find a job where you’re not gonna get mad about having to do your job or make your restaurant stop offering it.

Very friendly people. The food was fast, and in generous quantity, and tasted great! Bonus points for having surge. Place also seemed pretty clean and well maintained. A good experience all around. Update: It was kind of touch and go over the last few years in terms of quality, service, and lobby appearance. However, I went there today and it was once again solid and really good.

This bk is one of the worst I’ve been to. The bathrooms are disgusting mens bathroom door barely closes. The 2 or 3 cooks come in from break don’t wash their hands rub there heads and go back to slapping the burgers together with no cares in the world smelling like weed very badly. The manager doesn't dress like a manager she’s always wearing leggings that inappropriately show the most disgusting view ever. Definitely not presenting her self as a professional should. Tables are never cleaned. Buns are always soggy. Everytime I do it to my order to go my fries are tipped upside down in the bag. If your food happens to be fresh it’s not cooked thoroughly. I would NOT come here if you’re looking for a clean place to eat or quality food. I unfortunately HAVE to come here to eat because of my profession and not having time to stop anywhere else. Do not waste your hard earned money. It’s not worth it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was dropped from the Jefferson bus lines here in Owatonna MN. Since I've never been here I have a hotel reservation. I asked a couple employees if there's a Taxi service or Uber or Lyft. The first female was really rude to me and said she didn't use those services so no she didn't know. She didn't even say she'll ask the others if they knew. Just left me hanging. I asked a guy employee if he knew. Mind you I told both of them I just got off the Jefferson bus. They both mentioned to take that bus. They're just both looking me up and down and judging me. The only Taxi service in Owatonna MN was doing the same. If I didn't have to rely on the Taxi driver back to cat the Jefferson bus back, I would'nt bother with these judgemental people again

Playing load music in the kitchen and the food wasn’t very good
Sun. @ 7:30 pm. I ordered in drive up 3 BBQ Brisket Whoppers, what I got was day old dry Whoppers with no brisket except one did have a small amount and almost no crispy onions on them. This is the worst restaurant in owatonna it Is dirty and operated by young kids.
