I come through here ( drive through) sometimes while traveling from Lakeville to Dodge Center. I’ve had the same guy help me a few times and he’s always so kind and polite. Beyond just your average worker. I was there today, 9/14, a few minutes after 9 am. Give that guy a raise! He deserves it!

Im not one to leave bad reviews but desi left such a terrible taste in my mouth it's absolutely unbelievable and their the slowest caribou ive ever been to. Please take your business elsewhere. So many other options for coffee in town with wonderful staff. Do not stop here.

I would like to take a moment and share with you the experience I had at this Caribou in Owatonna. It has been a few weeks since I went there but it just hasn't left my mind cause it was that good!!
I travel a lot for work and by far this was the best Caribou I've been to in a long time. I would like to thank Desi, Erich, Justice, Anna, and Martina all who were working there at that time for the amazing experience and excellent service.
I was blown away by the quick and friendly service that the young gentleman and 4 amazing women gave at the walk up window and making my coffee and the pure fun energy that this store had. As well as the coffee it was astounding and the food was delicious!!
Also thank you all for wearing your name tags so that I could remember your names and give you all the absolute 5 star rating you all deserve!! Keep up the amazing work!!

I was so happy to come to Caribou on a rough day and to hear the most friendly guy voice I have ever heard at a drive through. The staff is so amazing here and the drinks are so good. I would like to shout out to Desi and Erich who are both employees here!! They made my day so much. If I could give them 10/10 star rating I would. Thank you for making my day so much better!! There ought to be more people in this world like these 2 (Erich and Desi) at this Caribou location. I look forward to coming back to this location when I'm back in the Owatonna area!!
