One of the best chipotle I have been to. I have food allergy and they are always so respectful and welcoming whenever they see me. They remember their customers! I highly recommend it.

Been to this chipotle a handful of times and finally would love to say that the management is terrible(seems like they have an attitude All the time) she can use more training sessions! I would also like to point out a couple of the employees i see on a day to day basis…i see the same young man back cooking most of the time around 5-6 o’clock when I stop in I would like to point out his cleanliness 2/10! Cooking area is always a disaster, rice is hard and food is cold!! Have been 1 or 2 times ive heard him complain and cry when something is out!(that’s his job find a new one if you don’t like it) There’s a colored hair lady…very nice and welcoming ! But Very very childish and can use better training as well. Theres 2 other younger men that ive noticed a handful of times ive come in very respectful and welcoming… and always giving good potions despite being told to lighten potion sizes when I was there one time!!!

Slow service, we walked in and one of the workers said “walk up counter” or something like that, maybe hoping someone else would help us. Then the three workers continued to do what they were doing (wiping tables, prepping food, etc.) and look at each other waiting for someone to help us. Finally one asked if another was going to help us and they asked another to help us. Once we were finally helped the food was ok/didn’t seem very hot. Later that day we all got food poisoning and were vomiting.

Service was great. Food was terrible. Dry and super spicy meat, frozen corn, frozen lettuce, really hard rice. Possibly the worst chipotle I’ve been to food-wise. People were friendly though.

So slow, very understaffed. Management needs to restructure, possibly removing drive through or hiring at least 3 additional staff per shift. Really dirty, too.

Chipotle's are hit or miss depending on regional management. This location is EXCELLENT. Great staff, perfect food, very clean.
I ordered online and they didn't give me guac, they just put half an avocado on my bowl lol. It was rock hard and still had some pit remnants.
