Had to ask to get my order taken here around 6 p.m. tonight.
5 employees were in a huddle talking to each other all with their backs turned to the registers. I approached the registers and waited for a couple of minutes before asking if someone was available to take my order.
They all turned around, looked at me, and then turned back around to continue their conversation.
One girl broke off from the group to take my order.
No greeting, no “we will be right with you” no “sorry about that”, just looks of disgust and complete indifference from every single employee.

Yes, it's a bit of a wait sometimes for your food. If you are in a hurry, McDonald's is just down the block. I know that my food is always fresh, hot and delicious, so I have no problem waiting a few extra minutes. I like that they have alternatives to just the burger and fries. Their fish is delicious and I can skip the fries and get something else like mashed potatoes. Once in awhile they mess up on our order, but it certainly isn't very often, and when it happens, they are always apologetic and make it right. They understand good customer service and are always pleasant, and that makes us return again and again.

Fries were cold and could not eat. Burger was not the warmest. Only partially melted the cheese on our burgers.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was busy but our food was delivered to our table in a timely manner. All in all, very good!

Like the ice cream & some of the food items but I thought the burgers were overcooked, and in one case actually burnt. Customer service hasn't always been the friendliest, and prices are higher than at other fast food places in this area.

We've been to alot of different Culvers through our travels. This location was by far the worst customer service I've ever received. Walked in for a carry out order. No customers were at the counter. I waited so long to get someone to take my order. The girl at food packaging area, had her back to me. Employees by the frozen custard area saw me waiting but didn't say anything. Then a second girl came back from outside delivery and stood by the first girl packaging food. Had a side conversation with each other. Then the 1st girl told her it was her job to take my order not mine. So that told me the 1st girl new I had been waiting. Never greeted me or apologized for the wait. Finally took my order to go. Got my order , delivered to my family. Missing the fries. I know these things can happen, but the whole experience at this location was a disaster. Management needs to do a better job training Employees when it comes to customer service. Side conversations should not happen when you have customers waiting. Culvers will still be our go to restaurant, it just won't be this one.
