Food here is great - we LOVE it. Customer service today was great as well! We had a receipt question and both front staff and manager were super kind and helpful in answering it. Will definitely be back.

I ordered a mini Concrete, it cost nearly 5 dollars. For a small bit of ice cream and a half a scoop of candy. This should've cost three dollars please owners of Culver's quit gouging your customers.

It was frigid in the dining area. Like bring a hoodie cold! Food and service was good as always.
Had to ask to get my order taken here around 6 p.m. tonight.
5 employees were in a huddle talking to each other all with their backs turned to the registers. I approached the registers and waited for a couple of minutes before asking if someone was available to take my order.
They all turned around, looked at me, and then turned back around to continue their conversation.
One girl broke off from the group to take my order.
No greeting, no “we will be right with you” no “sorry about that”, just looks of disgust and complete indifference from every single employee.
