Ordered 2 fish sandwiches with a medium fries to go. Waited outside for about 10 minutes got sandwiches most bland thing I ever had french fries were cold. Eaten there before very disappointed this time.

Where's my credit card??? Made a purchase at the drivethrough and our credit card wasn't returned. Had to hold the line up until the server came back with card in hand. Before we got home we had a txt for the Culvers purchase and right after it an "online purchase" for $71.98. Wells Fargo is taking care of it.

Approach the counter never greeted by cashier at register 1 I assume I needed to be directly in front of her when being the only one at the counter,. I told her what I would like , she asked dine or carry twice I said carry.. still put it on a tray for dine in no apologies, while having to bag it .. watched her happily greet the women after me a speak asking what can we prepare for you today

We were at the Culvers after wrestling today 03/10/2024. And had the most horrible service and the most horrible manager interaction as well as food that we could not even eat. We were there way before the rush. First they gave our food to the wrong people after we had been waiting for almost 30 minutes. Then they remade it and my mushroom and swiss burger was burnt to the point you could not eat it and the patty looked horrible. I went up to complain and I was told by the very RUDE Manager named Blake that they were busy and didn’t see anything wrong with our meal. I told him due to the mix-up in the meal we should get something/compensation since it took so long to get our food and he said "we were busy". Again I stated that when we ordered it was not busy. It did not get busy until around 45 minutes after we had arrived. He said I can remake your burger and told me they don’t compensate for this. He then went to the area to hand the food back to the kitchen and stated "I guess they want a new one, in a rude voice". I then asked who his boss was and he said it is on the door with their names and told me that he could throw me out. To say I was pissed is an understatement. My son also brought his burger up to me and it was also burnt crisp. The couple sitting by us as we were waiting for our meal told us to fill out a complaint card as they must have had issues. When they had originally brought out the meal and gave it to the wrong table they didn't even have our complete order on that tray. We got up and left after being treated this way without my son and I eating. When I talked to the couple sitting by us, as had been sitting there when I was up at the counter she had turned to me and said make sure you fill out a complaint card. After the incident went back to the table and told my husband and son that we were leaving. I told the couple that had told us to fill out the complaint cared that the manager on duty Blake was rude they must have had a run in with him before as they agreed. Anyone who is driving by or through Owatonna please be advised that the Manager on Duty named Blake is extremely rude and will not make things right when there is a problem. I have left a message on the voice mail of Tyler Fisher one of the owner of this store hopefully they will call me back. We usually go to any Culver's when we are on the road due to their good food and custard. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth and don't know if I will ever visit another Culver's again. By the looks of reviews this is an ongoing problem. I should have also took a picture of my mushroom and swiss burger as to how crispy that was. It appears this Culver's needs to send their employees back to good customer service training and also retrain their kitchen help. I have worked in the fast food industry before and anytime we had a complaint the manager on duty was very professional about it and also would compensated to make it right. Not only was this manager on duty RUDE but he was also very cocky. Also when they did get busy they never opened up the other cash register.

Very sick while traveling and I wanted some chicken soup. They didn’t have any but the young man who rang us up was super helpful and recommended another soup, which was delicious, with a grilled cheese for me.

Day we stopped in restaurant smelt of raw sewage, we avoided ordering..

3 of us ordered 3 different ‘meal deals’. 2 of them had all items cold, and the other had the sandwich warm and fries cold! Not a good experience in the drive thru! We brought the cold items back and they offered to refund or place the order again. They said the re-order would take 10-15 minutes at 3:30 pm in the afternoon (not busy time). We chose the refund option and went to the next closest fast food place.
