I had some service done on my lawnmower because it would not start after the winter. They were able to start work on it fairly quickly. I was waiting to hear what the diagnosis was, but instead received a call that it was fixed. Cost me about $100 to replace the ignition coil (and sharpen the blade), which was about twice what I paid for the mower, so I wasn't too pleased that they didn't let me know before they did the work. I may not have got it fixed if I had known...
