When I ordered online, the man who dropped it off, Kyle, made a rude comment regarding me not leaving a tip, and when I opened my food it was overcooked, and the breadsticks were completely flat, flatter than a pancake.

Rude. Rude. Rude. I had an issue to report, asked for corporate or manager or business hour information.... I was hung up on THREE times. Even though I love the taste of Domino's pizza, the ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE has put a REALLY BAD taste in my mouth. "whats your corporate office phone number?".... The manager Jess responded "I dont know, you'd have to look that up online". I had a really terrible experience with Domino's today. And if the calls are really recorded for quality assurance, those calls should be pulled and reviewed. Just sayin.

Always very fast and friendly!! Sometimes they forget sauces but I’ve had them re deliver some when they forgot!!
my order of boneless wings was wrong. if I wanted 2 plain orders, I would have ordered. a 32 piece. I ordered 1 honey BBQ and one Parmesan, and got two plain. I can make plain at home. the order of cheesy tots was so small, disappointing. Phone ordering was awful, I couldn't understand her, yet she repeated my order to me and it was still wrong. won't order those items again.
