I love Dunkin’ Coffee and have visited many Dunkin’ locations. This location is just inconsistent. Sometimes the coffee is great but many times the coffee is either very weak or, on one occasion, so over brewed it was like drinking acid. Worst coffee I have ever had and when I tried to find a phone number so I could call to let them know, to keep others from having the same experience, I could not locate a phone number. Sometimes I am greeted very pleasantly but most of the time I feel like they do not want my business. I hope this location in Owatonna, MN improves because I really want to love it and give a different review at a later time. ** Update** I continue to go to Dunkin’ in spite of the issues and they are really improving on customer service and customer interactions. I have not had any additional poor coffee experiences so I have improved my rating.

I went in here tonight to grab some donuts and coffees for the road. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging me. They were to busy mopping the floor around me and the drive through. I understood the drive through but at a least say hi - we will be right with you. Not just mop the floor around me and hit my feet with the mop. Not that you care but I was picking up a dozen donuts, a smoothie and 4 lattes. Your loss

Absolutely slow and terrible service. Waited 15 for damn donut holes in the drive through. If you have to work or somewhere to be don’t go here.
my boyfriend went to get me the $6 meal deal this morning and the workers did not know what they were doing at all. they over charged him and gave him a sandwich he didn’t want after he told these teenage girls he didn’t order that. but proceeded to charge him. they also up charged him on the meal deal and had no clue what it was. why are you working there when you don’t know the menu. be better.

I placed an order for pickup in the app and when I got there, they were closed. I contacted the phone number on my credit card statement and was told someone would get back to me about a refund. I attempted to contact them again but never heard back. Thankfully my credit card company helped me with a dispute.
