I ordered delivery last night which arrived at about 6:30pm (about an hour and a half after it was ordered- which is fine and I expected that). When he arrived, I handed the delivery guy a $10 cash tip as I had paid by card when I ordered. He handed me the food, and began to walk off until I realized we didn’t get the 2 liter root beer we ordered with it. they won't answer their phone and they don't get the pizza ready on time.
Ordered pizza for delivery. After an hour and a half called to find out where it was. Was told it was out for delivery. after 30 minutes called back and was told it was in the oven. didn't even offer to give us a partial refund or a coupon for a free pizza. Management on duty was rude and unprofessional.
