We ordered the food 20 minutes before closing 10 pm , when we picked it up the dude with black beard in the drive thru was super rude all we were asking is a few paper bags to separate our meals he was upset for our request he said he couldn't have us wait in the drive thru because this would attract more costumers , asked us to move out of there crop the back of the store , and it was still 20 minutes before closing time!! Terrible service ,good food at least.

I wouldn't feed this food to a stray dog. Overcooked burger patties, cold over salted fries, and there's no description for what they called honey mustard chicken wrap. I haven't eaten McDonald's in a very long time but even that fake food would be better than this place.
Normally when I go here the service is very slow and it seems like there's never anyone working but today there was a young boy with curly hair who seemed to be on top of everything the food came out fresh and fast considering I had to wait for fresh fries I was surprised at how fast it came out he had a great attitude and great customer service!

The hamburgers were dry with no flavor. It's also extremely expensive. You could go to a regular restaurant for the same money. It cost me $32 for garbage food. I will never eat here again.

Went in today to get some food, only thing I have to say is the manager named Kelley should not be working there! Extremely rude and unprofessional when talking to guest and customers, on her phone sitting behind counter in front of entire lobby, the entire store was barely touched in cleaning- felt icky even sitting down, extremely bad- do not GO TO THIS ONE

Kelly the manager is very rude and has no clue about customer service She instructs her crew to Not answer the store phone during business hours When presenting a problem or mistake about Hardees incidents she becomes very defensive and rude with no regard to correcting the problem We see why your always hiring now
Attention Hardees Corporate: please look into properly training your managers with respect to customer satisfaction and please train on employee engagement with customer service Seems like the bad apples are not only allowed to do what they want but are encouraged by management at least Kelly
