My husband and I decided to try our new Jersey Mike's a couple weeks ago. We found a coupon for a free sub that seemed like a good deal. We pulled into the drive thru line and when it was our turn to order we were told they weren't taking any more drive thru orders because they were understaffed. We backed out of the line...because there were people in front of us...and parked. My husband grabbed the coupon and went inside to order. While waiting in line he overheard an employee telling a man that the free sub coupon was no good. It turned out you had to use it online. At that point my husband walked out only to notice the drive thru line was moving just fine. No one else was turned away. We weren't impressed with the experience and won't be going back.

Made lots of assumptions of what we wanted, screwed up my wife’s sandwich. Also not the friendliest. Manager wouldn’t let my 5 year old swap her cookie for chips, probably would have bankrupt the company.
