Pretty rude experience where the team decided to switch my sandwich and lecture me on what sub I should have been ordering with my extras. Manager wearing a super tight shirt made several comments while I was ordering. I don’t need consulting and advise, just make my sandwich. It’s easy.

Came here 30 minutes before I needed to be somewhere with food to have plenty of time and was spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru! Slowest drive thru I’ve ever seen in my life! Consistently slow here.

Freaky fast my butt. I spent more than 10 minutes in line in the Drive-Thru at nearly 8:00 at night, then the person didn't get my entire order correct. I asked for a particular type of chips and I got a completely different kind. And who the heck puts salt and pepper on a sandwich?

I don't know how those three girls were left to run the store. Horrible customer service, zero skill taking orders and giving information, and it was wild to be told that they didn't have any bread and had to be the unwich but when we got to the window we saw a bunch of bread and they told us "that is only for online ordered". The owner should be embarrassed by the business they are running.

I waited over 20 minutes for a little john sandwich today!! I'm not saying they did anything wrong, just why the wait??? There should be someone just handling the to go orders. Just ridiculous the wait. Even people that used the app were waiting?

Christian is the best fast food worker in Owatonna. Great customer service. I always have a good experience here.

Owatonna needs more guys like Christian. I wasn’t even waiting for that long and this dude was apologizing left and right, and as soon as I got to the window he had my food ready to go. Jimmy John’s give this man a raise. I want every food experience to be what Christian gave me. You guys have a winner here. Christian, you’re going places!

Was here on Monday, the young gentleman and lady both helped me and they both were amazing. I asked for day old bread to use in a French dip recipe, they gave me so much and were just the sweetest about it! Thank you again! The bread was soft and still good even being day old! Also stopped today for a sandwich, the customer service they provide is amazing. My sandwich is so good and was soft get crunchy in a great way!

The staff was friendly and freaky fast at making my sandwiches! I enjoyed watching the crew collaborate as they navigated the drive thru and counter orders. You all worked very well together and looked like you enjoyed what you do. Bravo!

Female with nose ring took my order while constantly having her fingers in her nose. Then helped make food. Thank God she put gloves on. Did same thing to next customer. Other two employees were awesome and friendly. Going to be awhile before I go back.
