This past Sunday I put in a order for curbside. I put the order in an exactly 9:15 p.m. buy 9:25 I saw a worker taking out the garbage at 9:40 when I still hadn't got my food to employees were outside smoking a cigarette right outside the door. At this point I was furious so I went through the drive-thru and was like I've a curbside order I've been waiting 30 minutes for and they're like we don't have any curbside orders so I let them know I did have a receipt. Went to the first window and showed the receipt he didn't look in detail he just said pull ahead so I pull ahead a lady hands me a bag how does she know what my order is if they never got a curbside order also I was like it comes as a pop and she's like what kind I said diet Pepsi She made it and then was like there is one in the bank but here's a fresh one why would I need a fresh one if you didn't know that I was sitting out there and that you had a curbside order? I pulled ahead all of my food was cold cuz it had been sitting for 30 minutes I'm assuming they bumped it and instead of apologizing or taking accountability for it they pretended like they never got the order and gave me food that if I had eaten would probably have given me food poisoning I ended up throwing it all away and complaining in the app and I have yet to hear from the manager. We'll never eat here again or probably at any other McDonald's like if this is how you run your business school there's a reason why people stop going here.. .

Several of us thought our burgers were tastier than usual. I was impressed by the quality of the buns! Dad: “best cheese burger I’ve ever had at a McDons” lol.

this is so messed up almost a $40 order and i get this. i’m really disappointed this mcdonald’s has gone so down hill these last few months and if your wanting your sauce thst you pay for never going to get it. also with the happy meals if your wanting two different toys your out of luck they give the same toy for 2 different happymeals eveytime the fry’s are cold it’s just really disappointing

Paid for my food and pulled around the corner to find out that I have a sandwich missing.,. Simple right? Well I go through the drive through to get my missing sandwich and I’m told that they won’t give it to me because they already made it and swear they gave it to me?? Got cussed out by a manager because when she asked if I would take a normal McDouble in replacement I told her no and that I wanted the one I paid for with Mac sauce on it that cost extra so obviously I won’t take something else in replacement.. managers need to be fired and something needs to be done because I will involve police over my order if they refuse to give me what i have paid for!!!

They like cancelling online breakfast orders when you order within 30 mins before breakfast ends. Used reward points and these Willie’s freaking cancelled it & didn’t refund points.

pretty much what you would expect. lots of parking though watch yourself in the parking lot as there were quite a few people trying way too hard to get in the drive thru line as fast as possible. pretty fast service though you need to go up to the front for any refills...BOOOOO. having the play place is nice, let the kids run off some steam.
i tried the new chicken tenders...ho-hum at best. you are better off going and getting the McChicken sandwich.
