We usually eat here when visiting my in-laws. The staff is polite. Food is good. They have the standard sushi restaurant dishes, rolls and hibachi. The nigiri has the correct amount of rice and the fish tastes fresh. Overall, a nice addition to the food scene in owatonna.

The food was so good! And the service was excellent too. One of my rolls had an honest mistake (making it inedible) about it but the restaurant saw it and immediately replaced it with a new roll. The prices are fair too. We will come back for sure.

We have loved eating at Mizuki Fusion during our time living in Owatonna. The salmon hibachi is delicious, and the appetizers are fantastic. The ambience is calming and relaxing and the staff are always gracious, welcoming, and friendly. I wish every community had a Fusion restaurant as good as Mizuki!
