OTB Cafe - Old Town Bagels

Cute little bagel and coffee shop with ice cream and lunch options. Friendly staff, super clean, great food!! If I owned a home town business I would want it to look just like this 😊.

OTB is the best! Great staff, excellent food and the who place just feels incredibly cozy and small town. If you are in the area, it’s a must visit!

Great bagel, with great atmosphere, and delightful friendly, freckled Midwestern service! Lovely place.
Busy on Sat morning, but didn’t take long, and crowd was enjoying it.
One tip: order the toasted kitchen sink bagel, skip the sun-dried tomato and go all in on the Olive Pimento.
10/10 would be back!

We've been here before and this is the second time we have had hair in our food. Very disappointed. Employees should have hair caps on. Love everything else about this place but hygiene is a problem for us.

Normally this place is great, but today we waited for 45 minutes to get our drinks with no apologies. They were not even that busy. We were still waiting for our drinks at 11:00 and bagels were not sold out yet.

I recently moved to this town. I was first taken to this place and was quite impressed with the atmosphere, the variety of people, young old, families, etc. The bagels, the sweets, the variety of coffee were great. The whole experience was very welcoming!
This town has a variety of eateries, restaurants, etc. I am beyond happy I moved here.

I’ve been enjoying OTB for a few years now, decided to call today to double check their hours (because the SCFF was going on and OTB’s website said they closed at 5). Lady answered with a very rude greeting, I asked when they closed and when I tried to explain that I wanted to check if the fair interrupted their hours she cut me off and said “2. Bye.” and hung up. Love their food, but that lady should not be in customer service. So rude for such a simple clarification.

I had heard of this place through coworkers who had ordered food here previously. It seemed like it would be a cool spot to grab a bite for our family weekend.

We placed an online order so we could take it to go and eat at the park. This was my first time coming here, so I wasn’t completely sure how the process worked. Our order had an estimated completion time, and we arrived about 20 minutes early — which was 20 minutes after placing the order and driving across town.

Unfortunately, the experience with staff is what made the visit disappointing. The first person I spoke to was short with me and just told me to check the shelf, then come back if it wasn’t there. It wasn’t. Nobody updated me or acknowledged the order was being prepared. After a few minutes and several employees walking by, someone finally asked why I was waiting. I explained I was waiting on my to-go order. They checked the kitchen, and someone yelled out from the back to confirm the order and said they’d begin working on it — which was helpful.

As I continued waiting, another staff member came up to me with an attitude and sternly told me I was too early and that my order wouldn’t be ready for another 20 minutes. I said I was fine to wait, but she told me I couldn’t stand near the counter and had to sit by the pickup shelf and that I’d be notified when it was ready — which felt unnecessary. I sat down, played on my phone, and waited.

No one ever came to notify me when the order was ready. I just happened to notice a bag the size of my order placed on the shelf and grabbed it myself.

It’s unfortunate the customer service was so poor. Maybe it was just the weekend staff, who seemed younger, but it makes me reconsider coming back. We really enjoyed the food, and we’re happy to wait our turn — but the lack of communication and unfriendly attitude made the experience uncomfortable. Hopefully, the weekday crew is more welcoming.

Bagels are delicious. Their pizza is good. I’ve witnessed a coffee machine melt down and a mob completely overwhelmed the store. Each time I visit it’s an adventure.

We went in based on a recommendation, and it did not disappoint! We got ice cream, and it was delicious. You could ask for samples too, which was awesome. The restaurant itself was very clean, and it had a great view of the downtown sidewalk. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you're ever in the neighborhood.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere! Me and my children and I loved it! I also ran into an old friend of mine who grew up in Wisconsin with me! It's a great place for lunch and ice cream!
