OTB Cafe - Old Town Bagels

Stopped in while visiting for a hockey tournament. Neat little coffee shop. Good eats too.

We were driving through the area and stopped here for a snack. The staff was nice and welcoming and I like the design of the place, except which register to order at is a tad confusing. The sign said to order at one register but the girls told us to order at the ice cream counter. We got the butterscotch latté at half-sweetness, a cold brew, and an asiago bagel, toasted, with plain cream cheese. The drinks took a little longer than we're used to, and I had to ask how much more time we needed to wait on the bagel cause we needed to get back on the road. Time stamps say we waited 15 minutes on the bagel with only one person who ordered before us. The latté was also fine, but the cold brew tasted like straight mud. It was so bitter and there was so much sediment that my husband went to the bathroom and dumped it. I explained the situation to the girl at the counter and asked if he could have something else but she seemed panicked so my husband told her not to worry about it. He only drinks black coffees anyway so he was afraid the drip would also be challenging to taste. The bagel was okay. Couldn't taste any asiago. Not a huge deal, but the bagel itself lacked the normal, bready springiness that most bagels have even after toasting. It was also 3pm so maybe they'd just been out too long. I have a feeling that they were training new staff, but we're never in this area so we won't be able to give them another chance, unfortunately.

Stopped in for breakfast while in town and I'm sure glad I did! There were 7 of us and they got our orders quickly and the food came out promptly and well prepared. Thanks for a great meal!

The front counter server, Karina, not so friendly, rude and impatient. The gentleman that brought the food to the table great. Food, hot bagels were soft. Cold bagels hard as a rock! No plans to return.

Always fresh and delicious. Try something new each time and have yet to be disappointed. The cream cheese is so lite and fluffy and mouthwatering, then pair it with a fresh bagel and it’s the perfect way to start a day or indulgence your tastebuds for lunch. The shop is so cute and friendly and comfy. Staff is always upbeat and when you can’t decide they can help choose a great option. Love this place!!

Cute little bagel and coffee shop with ice cream and lunch options. Friendly staff, super clean, great food!! If I owned a home town business I would want it to look just like this 😊.

OTB is the best! Great staff, excellent food and the who place just feels incredibly cozy and small town. If you are in the area, it’s a must visit!

Great bagel, with great atmosphere, and delightful friendly, freckled Midwestern service! Lovely place.
Busy on Sat morning, but didn’t take long, and crowd was enjoying it.
One tip: order the toasted kitchen sink bagel, skip the sun-dried tomato and go all in on the Olive Pimento.
10/10 would be back!

We've been here before and this is the second time we have had hair in our food. Very disappointed. Employees should have hair caps on. Love everything else about this place but hygiene is a problem for us.

Normally this place is great, but today we waited for 45 minutes to get our drinks with no apologies. They were not even that busy. We were still waiting for our drinks at 11:00 and bagels were not sold out yet.
