OTB Cafe - Old Town Bagels

I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel I have to this time. I have gone there twice now where I have ordered something and paid extra and didn’t get what I paid for. The first time it was extra cream cheese. This time was a sausage sandwich add bacon and I only got bacon no sausage. Good food but really disappointed in the fact I have paid extra both times and didn’t get what I paid for.

Super disappointed. I bought 12 bagels and two cream cheese, 6 cinnamon and sugar 4 onion and 2 kitchen sink. The man put them all in the same bag now my cinnamon sugar taste like onion. Disgusting. Lot of money to have to throw these away now. Make sure you tell the person bagging your bagels to separate if you have savory and sweet . Didn’t think you had to tell them that.

9/3 Update- I did reach out to them right away through the website as they requested. I have yet to receive a response or make this right. Pretty shady old town bagel.

My mom and I just got the bagels (cinnamon crunch and Maple French toast--haha or something similar to those names). The bagels were very good!

I would love to try some other menu items as there seemed like there were so many great options. Next time I'll bring my appetite ?

I was disappointed in service as I felt they were a little short and just seemed irritated. I understand that it was busy but we were still customers who wanted a nice experience.

Recently moved to the area and we we thrilled the minute we walked in the door!! Excellent bakery selection, fresh ingredients, bright shinning smiles from staff, great atmosphere, and I wish I had purchased more. ........ looking forward to coming back.

Bagels are great but the service was really slow. 3 bagels and four drinks took almost 30 minutes??? The espresso drinks smelled like dirty socks. I think the machine needed to be cleaned. It was gross but we were out the door and on the road before I anyone noticed. I’ll go back for the bagels but the coffee was very disappointing and not worth the price we paid.

Where do I begin?! I went with my family and we waited 45 min for our food (3 bagels) and drinks (3 drinks). They messed up our drinks and the lady who brought us our drinks was very rude! When we finally got our drinks the coffee tasted as if the espresso machine has not been clean properly in awhile. However, the smoothie was good! The bagels were good and the amount of cream cheese was perfect. Overall, the service was bad and good improve.

I have loved OTB for years. I've gotten their Special Breakfast sandwich almost every time I've gone, but even though it is on their menu, they get it wrong almost half the times I order. They forget the tomato, they forget the cream cheese.

Today? They forgot the egg and cheese. It is an item on their menu, yet they seem to get it wrong so often! When it's made correctly, it's so good!!! I wish I was eating it right now.

Great place to get bagels either for the family or co-workers. Good place to enjoy a sandwich and coffee or tea. Very busy over the lunch hour with many businesses in the neighborhood. If you're on a time crunch this may not work out for you unless you order ahead. Parking is on both sides of the building with entrances to match. Service comes in the form of food delivery to your table and at the checkout counter. Sandwiches are made with any bagel type available in the shop, this gives you a lot of control over the flavor. You can also order soups and wraps. Coffee and tea are also available alongside the sodas and water.
