They quit making food at 7:30pm but are open until 9:00. I understand not wanting to waste food, but if they are open until 9:00 they should have food available until 9:00.I noticed staff complain about their jobs to customers.
Not good. Out of beef broccoli, when the manager told the employee to cook more, he really had an attitude like it was a big imposition. This was at 12:00 noon. It was like we had drags on the last of the fried rice... very dried out with some hard pieces in it. Even their rangoons were blan. We won't eat there again.

So on 4/1 around 7pm I tried to order online. Somehow my app sent the order to the wrong place. I realized this in the drive thru when there was no order found. Thankfully I was able to quickly call the other store and cancel. Was definitely looking to be a terrible situation. But Faye went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience!! Not only was she super understanding and patient which made me feel better, she quickly took my order and got my food out super fast!! Never missed a beat and it is all thanks to her!! With customer service like that I will be going to Panda a lot more often!! Thank you Faye for turning a bad situation into an amazing one!!

Not worth a 2 hour wait. Go to Local Chinese buffet instead! Initially went through drive through and ordered a family dinner, got pulled ahead to wait. waiting 30 minutes in the car and went inside to check on the order. They had not started and said they would start right away. 1 hour later and staff kept looking at my with nothing only to tell me they couldn’t make my food. told them they could sub in another side and they needed to cook up rice for the order. another 30 minutes later and the manager tries to be friendly and apologize. I've manages chain restaurants and ran stores alone due to staff shortages, this guy was a joke and doesn’t know how to do his job. only gave Rangoon’s and didn‘t offer any discount.

Our family has always enjoyed Panda Express in Owatonna. Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is awesome.Kid-friendliness: Orange chicken and chow mein never disappoints.

1st time ever eating here, and I do have to say what I ordered was pretty good. The atmosphere was also good. Couple things i seen that i didnt like was they didnt get out and clean tabkes as they should when you have 7 to 8 people there, I will come back again someday and try it again.
The food I had was good. A nice change from the usual takeout Buffet where you can't tell one from the next. Rice was a little on the crunchy side but still tasty. Overall an enjoyable meal.Parking: Limited number of spots, this is primarily a takeout location, minimal seating inside also

I didn't actually go to this restaurant. Believe it or not, Google won't let me continue without completing this page. I've no idea if this place is 5-star worthy. But I don't want to unnecessarily gig them. I did actually avoid eating here due to the other reviews, so there's that. This is probably why it came up on my feed, simply because I was scoping it out earlier. I've been to another Panda Express that had better reviews, and I liked the taste of the food. Generally speaking, if it's a location with a good reputation then go and enjoy the food! It's a good fast food alternative for a change for those craving oriental foods American style.

I will never go back here...the manager decided to help with the lunch rush when me and my wife decided to stop by and when he helped my wife with her bowl and he put three pieces of chicken in her bowl I know I was ready for some great service....I order the three combo and when I say my small third entree was bigger then my whole plate I mean I got no chow mien and when I asked him for more he looked at me like I was asking for too much....All I wanted was a hearty meal for the price I was paying let alone I drove a hour to my nearest panda express.....never again
