Went ahead and ordered from another place and immediately had pizza in under 15min. Get it together Pizza Hut 🙃

I ordered the heart pizza with cheesy bread sticks. It took and 1 hr and 40mins. When it arrived my pizza and cheese sticks were cold. I had to heat it up before I could eat it.

We ordered a big box meal, went and picked it up. We were shorted wings, and called about it. They said they would replace them, told us to come get them. We asked for them to deliver, since it was their mistake not ours, it took them and hour to bring them and when they did they were not boneless and they were cold. Very disappointed.

This rating is only a 2 because I've only ever had them mess up twice but this was ridiculous. The pizza was raw. I expected it to be a little soggy because it was a five topping but I literally couldn't pick up a slice. There was no color on the bottom AND it was barely cut. Also I asked for crushed red pepper on my pizza and they said no because I had to buy a container instead. Didn't say a word about it until my pizza was in my hand. Definitely the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place

Well decided to give one last chance since the last time they messed up, should have known better. I opened my pizza while I was there and noticed the crust around edges was so much I pointed it out to the worker and asked him why the pizza looks like crap if that's the way it comes or do the workers just not press down and make the pizza right? He told me that's just how it comes told him good to know and walked away...once home my pizza sucked little to no sauce of 8 slices 4 where actually able to eat the other 4 where 90% crust the wings barely had sauce to cover them all and breadsticks were cold in middle still....I dont understand how they mess up so much but how can they give stuff out and not care.... I'm over it won't be ordering from them anymore....

BEWARE. Got very bad food poisoning. Disgusting. Ordered a GF pizza with no cheese, and honey bbq boneless wings. Got order wrong; I put no cheese, they put it on it. I'm allergic. I called. They made new pizza. But, wrong orders, undercooked food and food poisoning is just disgraceful. Needs better management to train employees better. Will NEVER eat anything from this place again.
