Ordered a deep dish pizza for my kids, it arrived raw in the middle... raw as in inedible. Called,...the young lady didn't understand what raw meant (concerns on that...) I had to explained what raw was and was transferred to the manager who was much more intelligent. The new pizza sent was even more raw in the middle than the first, absolutely garbage... so I submitted a complaint online asking for a refund and have heard nothing. Had to waste the money plus the space in my garbage bin because this location cant cook a pizza correctly. This location used to have the best pizza in town so they should figure out what changed and fix if.

Was craving pizza while I was in town. Super chill place. Dine in isn't really an option but the place does the job. My pizza was a bit undercooked, but I was still happy.

I ordered the meal for one (small pizza and wings) the pizza dough was raw, called and they replaced it just for the replacements to be raw as well. Made me and my mother severely sick.

Ordered cheese sticks and tavern style large pepperoni tonight. The cheese sticks were very undercooked but taste was acceptable. Pizza on the other hand was very bland less taste than some frozen pizzas. It also was a thin crust we ordered thick crust cut in squares. Lastly there was some strange seasoning sprinkled across the pizza but even with that the taste was lacking.

Ordered a pizza and they were apparently out of stuffed crust. It still let me order it off the app despite that. Showed up to pick it up and was told they tried to call 2x but I never received a call. Then told me the pizza was not made. I asked for a refund and the girl at the counter told me they don't do refunds. So I sent my husband in and they gave him the refund after speaking to a manager. Will never order from here again. NEVER. AVOID.

Abysmal. Apparently they are short staffed or have trouble retaining staff which comes as no surprise with the way this store is run. One employee in the entire store who was doing idk but probably everything by herself. So it's not really her fault. My pizza looked thrown together in haste.

This pizza went above and beyond! I was arriving a little later to get a pick up and in that time they had burned the pizza and made a new one. When I arrived they explained to me what had happened and even made me a cookie pizza to make up for burning the pizza (which they had already remade). So not only did I get a fresh, new pizza when I arrived but they went above and beyond to also offer me a cookie pizza for their mistake. Amazing service! I think I may have ordered the wrong kind of pepperoni pizza cuz it was a little spicy but I don’t go to Pizza Hut very often so I blame myself for that one! I will be returning to this Pizza Hut again! Great job guys! 👏🏼
Ignore the haters. Pizza Hut is the best bang for your buck in Owatonna in 2025. Great pizza and the employees here are always friendly and prompt.

People will always complain, but I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience here! The pizza is amazing, always fresh and hot. Employees are friendly, and there's always great deals to be found. The new-ish manager Brad is awesome. Super friendly, helpful, and works very hard to make sure this Pizza Hut succeeds. Definitely 5 stars from me!

Ordered pizza and never received my order. Called the store only to be told they're behind on orders. Waited patiently, it's the next day and no pizza, no call or nothing. Very disappointed. Went ahead and ordered from another place and immediately had pizza in under 15min. Get it together Pizza Hut 🙃
