This pizza went above and beyond! I was arriving a little later to get a pick up and in that time they had burned the pizza and made a new one. When I arrived they explained to me what had happened and even made me a cookie pizza to make up for burning the pizza (which they had already remade). So not only did I get a fresh, new pizza when I arrived but they went above and beyond to also offer me a cookie pizza for their mistake. Amazing service! I think I may have ordered the...
People will always complain, but I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience here! The pizza is amazing, always fresh and hot. Employees are friendly, and there's always great deals to be found. The new-ish manager Brad is awesome. Super friendly, helpful, and works very hard to make sure this Pizza Hut succeeds. Definitely 5 stars from me!
