The drive-thru staff is very friendly and expedient. I love starting my day with a smile. They're so sweet. Coffee is good too; it's Starbucks so it is what it is.

Life's Happening

Everything is great about this place it also has plenty of indoor & outdoor seating the only flaw is the same with nearly all Starbucks & that's crappy drive thru not the service just the actual drive thru the lines block cars and customers from other businesses from getting in or out Starbucks really needs to up their game on space especially since their main business is drive thru service. I mean come on its common sense & courteous to the other people & their businesses.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I’ve had consistent issues with customer service and order accuracy at this Starbucks. Most recently, today, after a 30-minute wait in the drive through line, the employees had no idea what we ordered once we got to the window. They made us show them what we ordered on our phones, and then made our drinks. The bottom of one of our drinks was covered in caramel sauce. Then the manager accused me of not having actually ordering one of my drinks. He was irate. I had to show him the receipt on my phone and prove I had ordered it. He angrily apologized and said they were very busy. They finally made my drink but it was a small size, so they had to remake it again as a Venti as I had ordered. As compensation, they gave me a $4 gift card, which doesn’t even cover the cost of a small drink. The whole experience was unbelievable. These guys need some serious help. I would avoid this Starbucks in the future.

I love this Starbucks they always try their absolute hardest to get every drink on time with quality no matter how busy the store might be and they handle rude and snobby customers gracefully and with class

Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for dietary restrictions along with plenty of options for that

Kid-friendliness: Lots of none coffee drinks as well as hot chocolate and apple cider as well as several Frappuccinos for kids as well

If this location wasn't consistently out of cold brew it would get a much higher review.
Update: this location has serious staffing issues causing more issues, I understand that staffing everywhere is a problem, but consistently closing early/opening late/pick-up only inside isn't helping this location. Staff has been amazing though.
