Ordered breakfast this morning, ordered eggs medium, sausage links, pancakes and coffee. This was at the Owatonna, Minnesota Hy-Vee. I got hard eggs, burnt sausages patties and decaffeinated coffee. No regular coffee available at 8:30 in the morning. Three of us ordered at the same time and one had their breakfast eaten before the other two even saw theirs. Talk about bad food and bad service. If you can't do it right, please don't do it at all.

i had an absolutely amazing experience with the bakery. we had a special cake request with only 3 days notice. Tammie did an amazing job on the cake and it was perfect for the heavenly birthday celebration for my son in law

This Starbucks is inside a grocery store. I always cringe a little when I look for Starbucks and arrive at a grocery store. Service was friendly but in my experience, something is always off. This time they used the wrong milk in my latte. I realized as I was driving away and I couldn't drink it. Oh well.
