Ordered a loaded beef nachos for lunch and paid for extra cheese. Received my order and went out to truck to find I never received any beef on them. Went back in and I believe I spoke with a manager but not sure, no name tag. Showed her and she said she would get a new one. They seemed irritated I brought it up so I would assume they are shorting ingredients on orders to increase the profit margin and I called them out on it. That is flat out theft. I received 2 cheap taco coupons when I should have received a refund for the hassle. Folks, you really need to check your food if you order from this location. I do not recommend eating here.

Horrible experience. They keep the lights off at night to look like they're closed to keep people from coming in, stood at the counter for literally 20 minutes just to get my drinks And they just kept ignoring me the entire time. Then when I finally got the drinks one of them was wrong. There was like six people in there and all of them were just doing a whole lot of nothing and not paying any attention to the restaurant. Used to be a regular but I will not be coming back here this was absolutely unbelievable and embarrassing.

Have not been to Taco Bell in Owatonna in a year after they forgot part of my order. Im willing to give another chance...We'll Guess what..... You pay for your food after they say everything on the board ok and you reply yes Then drive up to the pay them hoping everything is in there .. ALWAYS LOOK IN YOUR BAG!!!! They for got part of an oder Especially when you spend $43.00... I even called to tell them NO ONE ANSWERED....

I don't have Taco Bell in my town so I'm a little biased on this one every Taco Bell I see gets five stars. Also Taco Bell hit me up with that Mexican pizza for life and don't ever take it away again

We used the app to order a meal for 2 and it's only on the app but it has 2 crunch wraps 2 tacos and 2 chips and I think with tax it was like 13 something. I dont know the last time my husband and I were able to order something under 20 some!
