I'm a DoorDash driver and for the past year and a half I have come in here almost daily to pick up orders for customers. I've noticed that the employees work hard to get orders out efficiently, I see good attitudes, focused, calm, if they're not busy they ask if I've been helped, if the order I'm picking up isn't ready I remain patient and calm while they work on drive thru/in-store orders as a priority. Easy to access, and easy to order through the kiosk, the only part that I didn't enjoy was the service, I waited 30 minutes for my food but I was patient and I finally got my food and it was excellent! The only downfall was the wait time and having to listen too the workers yell at each other definitely was not kid friendly environment.
Today my family drove 3 hours and stopped at this Taco Bell. On the door it said the lobby was closed but with the type of vehicle we were driving, there was no way we would be able to go through the drive through. We would have been happy with just ordering inside and then leaving but the staff there went above that and helped accommodate us, even though they had enough going on.
