3 stars only because when I crave taco johns it's for their potato ole's & every single time they're cold, lukewarm & when they are hot it's like they mix the fresh with the old even when you ask for fresh only. Very frustrating

Worst experience ever! This was our go to taco place until today. Food was cold and when we asked for fresh food they guy in the back yelled at us and said I just made it. I said why are the oles cold then. Then the kid at the register told my husband, "I just got here bro". We asked for a refund because we were not going to be talked to like that or pay $27 for cold food. The girl that helped with our refund was pleasant thought. Sorry but we won't be back.

Cheese sauce was not warm at all. Soft shells were not warmed up. Burrito had sour cream on, which I said to remove. Person at window 2 overfilled my wife's drink and ended up spilling soda on her. No apologies. And as we're dealing with the soda situation, the person at window 2 kept trying to hand our food to us with an inpatient look. Even though we were the only people in drive thru.
Did not get what we ordered I ordered small potatoe oles did not get ! ordered the fiesta chicken tacos only got regular chicken taco usually food and sevice are good here but not today

Food and customer service was great! I only had a big bill to pay with and I could tell it is a big to do to take one, but they were kind and acted like it was no bother at all. I appreciated that!

The line was crazy long but they were very efficient getting everyone through quickly. Super impressed! My oles were hot and seasoned very well! My burrito was pretty standard.... Nothing fancy. But overall I was pleased with the service and food!
