We went there for smoked bbq and it did not taste very smoky to us. It’s like it was “seasoned” smoky. The brisket was tender and tasted decent. My husband like the sausage. There is a picture that shows a burger and fries on this site, but they don’t offer fries at all!

We came in Late about hr from closing..Waitress seen us right away in the back corner.. Awesome service.. Usually end of night food is iffy at most places but this food was fresh, we had the prime rib and was cooked perfect... so I would say if in the area stop in and give them a shot....... Will be back again... Ps Gramdson loved the food also..Kid-friendliness: Good Mac and Cheese

Pork belly, pulled pork sandwich w/ coleslaw & wings are my go to! Make sure to get a bottle of their bourbon sauce!
Tried this bbq place last night. The food was amazing. The ribs had just come off the smoker so we had them very fresh Our server, who is also part owner was a true gem. There was another very friendly man that chatted with us some. I believe he helped prepare our meals Great food, great staff. I’ll be back Great job silverback.

Disgusting I went to the bathroom and went the wrong way and the owner guy dropped a load of meat on the floor and heard him say it gives more flavor and laughs with the workers. You guys are eating floor meat without knowing and he didn’t have gloves on and was touching his nasty sweaty hair!!!! The lady in front clearly doesn’t want to work and was making my dad uncomfortable but was being nice to him but me!!

Amazing food, service, and price.Food tastes like it came from a 5star restaurant with a cozy bar feel. The bartender/owner is nothing but kind and has nothing but a positive attitude. The food is amazing and while it tastes like a 5star restaurant the price is easy to meet and justify. If I could rate more I would 10/10 will eat here again!

Best BBQ hands down. I try something new each time and each time it’s better than I expected, and my expectations are high lol. If you see hungry and don’t stop here…..you’re missing out.
I am absolutely floored by how delicious the new Cherry Brisket is! Your lunch specials beat the pants off anything here in town! The atmosphere is exactly what this southern girls soul needed! See you again very soon!Kid-friendliness: A very comfortable environment for kiddos, pool table and darts for them. Nothing they could "get into." Best part is the heart that you can't help but feel! I would not go here they say they close at 9:00 but their kitchen apparently is closed at 8:00 and they're to a limited menu which pretty much means whatever they had left over or they just made some stuff and now it's sitting under a warmer which is unsafe but that's what they'll serve you if you come there between 8:00 and 9:00 even though they're closing time isn't till 9:00.... We'll never go back not okay with it if you say you close at 9:00 that's what time you close you clean your kitchen after close not at 8:00 so you can be out at 9:00 when you're supposed to be closing.... Also way over priced for what u get ... I'm sure when department of health goesthere they will get fined or closed

We walked in on valentine's day and instant BBQ aroma in the air. I was going to order the chicken special until the waitress delivered a rack of ribs to the people near by. Yes, I had a rack of ribs and they are awesome.
