Ordered breakfast this morning, ordered eggs medium, sausage links, pancakes and coffee. This was at the Owatonna, Minnesota Hy-Vee. I got hard eggs, burnt sausages patties and decaffeinated coffee. No regular coffee available at 8:30 in the morning. Three of us ordered at the same time and one had their breakfast eaten before the other two even saw theirs. Talk about bad food and bad service. If you can't do it right, please don't do it at all.

i had an absolutely amazing experience with the bakery. we had a special cake request with only 3 days notice. Tammie did an amazing job on the cake and it was perfect for the heavenly birthday celebration for my son in law

What Happened? Our first 3 times were amazing! The burger was cooked to our perfection. The fries or tots were great. Now the last 4 times the burger went from a nice well seasoned cooked to medium to a well done bland burger. The fries/tots are bland as well. You also started to give your customers coffee cups wich are smaller and you don't have any lids.
