Ordered two baconator meals. Got two sandwiches that only had two strips of bacon on it. So I checked the web site too see exactly what I'm supposed to get and it's says six strips of bacon. WOW?!

The cashier didn't listen to my order, and my food wasn't correct. Then ask me what name to put on the order, and she didn't get that right. Seems like she could not understand me. Really will not go back to this Wendy's 😕.

Went through drive through and realized we were short a 4 piece nugget order. Went back around and the employee argued that they were in the bag. They were not. Even after he reluctantly gave us our nuggets he continued to tell us we were wrong and they were in the bag.

2nd time I didn't receive a frosty from an in-line/ app order. I pay the order in app sent my boyfriend to pick it up. They didn't give him both frostys, the second time my boyfriend asked about frostys and only got one.... why do we HAVE to ask for specific items to be remember in the order. Plus not correct at that.

We stopped at Wendy's about 1:00 on Sunday, April 6th. We got our order to go, and ordered 3 of your wraps. They weren't wrapped tight, so when we were about to eat, it was barely wrapped and they should have come in a bowl with silverware, and call a Taco Salad. While waiting for the order, I was going to use the woman's bathroom, but it was so DISGUSTING I left. And there was a fan sitting on the counter, causing a Hazzard, if anyone did use the bath room and washed their hands.The health department should be called in, and I may contact when I'm done with this review. None of us could finish the wraps cause they landed in our laps for the most part. I have NEVER been in such a disgusting fast food ever.

Horrible. Got two jr cheeseburger deluxe. They were cold as balls and the meat looked grey. Took one bite and threw them away. By the way it was 14 dollars for 2 jr cheeseburgers a small fry and a medium coke.
