The cashier didn't listen to my order, and my food wasn't correct. Then ask me what name to put on the order, and she didn't get that right. Seems like she could not understand me. Really will not go back to this Wendy's 😕.

It's a good fast food place. I went through the drive-through, and the service was good but not great. The atmosphere was not good but not horrible. The workers seemed tired, but I understand.

2nd time I didn't receive a frosty from an in-line/ app order. I pay the order in app sent my boyfriend to pick it up. They didn't give him both frostys, the second time my boyfriend asked about frostys and only got one.... why do we HAVE to ask for specific items to be remember in the order. Plus not correct at that.
