A welcome find on a holiday when everything else was closed – I had a Greek salad and a healthy breakfast cookie with my tea. Unfortunately the place closed early (6 p.m.), and the selection late in the day was really quite limited. On the other hand the food was excellent, as was the service.
Went here because Gabby's Eats & Treat had Closed for the day.My husband had slice of apple pie & a scoop of ice cream & a wine cooler. I had 1/2 hot beef sandwich. My husband said his apple pie was good, but the ice cream was cheap Kemp's vanilla ice cream. My hot beef sandwich, the bread & beef were very hot & the mashed potatoes were ice cold, like a freezer. The brown gravy was somewhat warm. The wait staff was alright. The atmosphere was alright....
We noticed pretty quick that the morning was extremely busy for the available staff. They handled it the best they could with a smile and did their best while staying friendly. Food and service were great. Would definitely visit here again when I’m town.
