Very disappointed in the experience i had at this DQ. I arrived 5 mins early for my order and was fine waiting a little bit longer. I just let one of the employees know i was here and sat down at a table. Ended up waiting 20mins for my order, no one else was in restaurant and didn't seem like drive thur was busy as it was late in the evening. All 4 or 5 employees up front were very uncoordinated and had very poor communication between them about orders. Most of them just stood & stared at you or was being super loud talking to each other about personal stuff. Not paying attention much to any customers. None of them checked in with me, asked if i needed anything. When i got my order the food ended up being cold, mushy and stale, the slush was mostly melted and I found out that my blizzard had been made but one of the employees threw it away for no reason and it had to be remade. Just overall very unprofessional and poor service. Don't recommend going to this DQ

The Young lady was so polite, made it perfectly 👌, I got the cone, classic vanilla, he got the med hot fudge sundae 🍨 made perfectly, left happy after a day at the fair, so going again for the hot fudge sundae.

Stopped for lunch today ordered cheese curds instead of fries with our meals. Did not get cheese curds tried to explain situation to the person in drive threw. Finally got them to understand. Different woman assuming manager tells us we made a 16 year old cry and not to come back because we were mean. I am not sure when we were mean. We didn't blame the girl in drive through only raised our voices to be heard not in angry but because the atmosphere was loud. So basically they screwed up our order and then blamed us for being mean.
This Dairy Queen runs with high efficiency. It was packed!! We walked in and order almost immediately, went to bring things to the table and before we could sit to wait, our food was ready. The food was fresh and delicious. You can tell they use fresh oil for the fries. The bathroom is clean as well. I honestly couldn't find anything to complain about.
