Just curious: Does the old owner of PR Pizza Ranch also own DQ? Lots of opportunity for improvement here; replacing their speaker or headsets so they can actually hear the customer order (I mean, it does get annoying having to repeat yourself 3 times- but who knows, maybe that's just me), asking for extra ranch (extra $) and receiving gravy instead, rude customer service. We've given this DQ many chances and I typically don't leave reviews: if you decide to stop here for a bite, don't have high expectations.

Nice building but the customer service was absolutely terrible with rude female behind the counter.

Looks like this has been an ongoing issue for a while based on a lot of other reviews.

We dined later in the evening so it was quiet with a few others dining in. The drive thru was steady with customers! We enjoy going in now and then because the service and the food are consistently good and the atmosphere very pleasant ?!!!

The man at the front counter taking the orders seemed slow—he pretty much didn’t respond when being spoken to the two women making the ice cream seemed to be running around like hair was on fire and was difficult to get their attention and then the one was very rude. I ordered a hot fudge sundae for my 8 year old daughter. The dish came out as just vanilla ice cream in a cup. When I tried to get the attention of the woman who filled the dish it was difficult and then when said it was supposed to be hot fudge literally rudely said you weren’t charged for that. The receipt literally says sm sundae and was charged $3.79 which is the cost of the hot fudge sundae. Eventually got attention of the man who took the order “Travis” and pointed out the receipt and he did add the hot fudge. Customer service is not even close to a priority. Probably would not come back. Not what we have come to expect from DQ. Restaurant was clean though.

You need to train your employees to wash their hands before they wait on customers after they take the garbage out. Happened to me today and that is disgusting.

Welcome to America! In the top of excellent food and generous service we received an ice cream cake to bring it home and share with our friends and their family. We will never forget that lovely night in your restaurant.

Workers always have a dirty look on their face. Also they were working on soda machine which was loud and looks like they shrunk food and removed ketchup pumps. Who wants to sit and open 100 packets.

Still love DQ, but not the value it used to be. Darn living wage (smiley face). Cheeseburger was good as usually. The tall guy at counter had zero personality. Didn't see him smile at anyone.

Was just through the drive-thru. Guy didn’t say hi, repeat my total, tell me my change back or even thank me for stopping. Didn’t say one word to me. I’m sorry for interrupting your day by stopping dude!
