Absolutely rude costumer service; the girl named Emma just harasses both customers and other employees while sitting on her butt being mad that others aren’t doing her job. Constantly shouting and playing terrible music with her whole family taking up the lobby.

The food is consistent and tasty, with fast service in the mornings but slower during lunch and dinner hours. The employees are kind and helpful, and the inside is clean. However, there are times when customers are made to wait for their food, resulting in cold and old fries. Customers have also experienced issues with forgetting items in their drive-thru orders, which can be frustrating. Despite these problems, staff members like Tao provide excellent service and make visitors feel appreciated. The staff is generally friendly, and the fries are always hot and fresh, though there can be occasional lapses. Overall, it’s a good spot to grab a meal, especially during breakfast or early dinner hours.
