I only use them about once a year to try a different place for lunch. It clearly reminds me why I do not go there! Pull around to wait because McNuggets are cooking. Brought them out luke- warm and forgot the dipping sauce. Half of the bottom of the cheeseburger bun was folded in half. There was not another car in line at the drive through. The employees here are clearly just about a paycheck until they find their next gig.

3 times in a row you have forgotten to get everything I ordered and paid for in the bag at the drive thru. always forgetting one of the burgers we ordered. I'm done with this place in town. not worth my time or money. do better!

Always pulls me around the corner to say fresh food is cooking to get it cold or wrong every single time… management you should really train your people so your not behind or messing up orders…. General manager just chilling in her car smoking well your workers are messing up to me that ain’t a good GM….. Done going here until they can get stuff right and fresh for once!!!!!!! Everyone needs to stop going there onto Burger King nothing will change until the money changes there then they will maybe take action on training worker properly..

We went there once in 2023 with a 4 year old Munchkin, she liked the food, and so did I. The young guy at the cash register was very nice and took time to explain the menu & specials.
Slowest McDonald's around. 25 minutes for 2 drinks and my coffee was made wrong. Got to window and the lady didnt even know what 2 drinks we had cause she already cleared it. She was very rude when she asked what drinks we had.

When you wait 20+ minutes in a drive thru with 2 cars in front of you …. And receive cold food that is not what you ordered and soda with no ice and forgotten sauces with a $20 bill….over and over again…. You would think I would learn to not go back but cripes…. How hard can it be? Apparently extremely!

Floor was wet and slippery. Grandson fell flat on his face. There were signs but not in the places that were extra wet. I told the staff about it and was ignored. The fries were cold, burgers were extra salty and we didn't get the drinks and the burgers were incorrect. Many tables were full of trash, garbage on the floor. Verybslow service. There were so many staff in the kitchen, but no one out in the lobby cleaning up. The staff seemed to get in each other's way. Only a few seemed to be working. They advertised McRib but didn't have any. Bathroom was clean.
