I stopped going here a year ago because the drive thru is beyond horrible. You pay at the first window, go to the second window only for them to have you pull ahead. You have to make a 90 degree left turn and the curb protrudes, then you are sitting where the entrance is and if people are going south they can't even pull in. Mgmt. could care less and call it the "process". Go to Burger King, one window, couldn't be easier. They make every car pull ahead so their stats look better, STOP MAKING PEOPLE PULL AROUND, USE THE DANG WINDOW!!!

Went through drive through and ordered 2 bacon mcdoubles, paid them, then was told to drive forward and wait at the "wait in spot for food". Ended up waiting a half hour with one employee who completely smoked a cigarette outside, came out after cig 10 min later and realized I hadn't gotten remember, 2 burgers. Ended up getting my food and driving off and they didn't put only onions on my burgers then. If I could, I'd give 0 stars!!! Eat at your own peril. Finally I'll end with this....2 burgers then cost me $11 on the visit, so I'll be eating at home saving money and more grey hairs.
It'd be sooo much better if they actually for once got the drive thru orders

Worst customer service, workers telling customers to “shut up” when asking about their order that he had been waiting for, for over an hour! The drive through has been over an hour wait. My daughter went in and it was an hour wait for a sundae. While witnessing employees standing around doing nothing.

I mean, it's McDonald's.. Very filling sandwiches. Service was slow because I showed right at end of breakfast and the floor was slippery with grease.
How do you forget pickles on a sandwich that they know pickles comes on, and foods never fresh , they really need to shut this location down .

I eat here realitivly often as it is one of the only fast food places intown but I'm going to start resorting to eating gas station food over this. Orders are constantly messed up. My most recent order, a double bacon quarter pounder medium meal, ordered through door dash as I didnt have time to run to the Mcdonald.My "bacon" burger had no bacon on it. Never recieved my drink as they never gave it to the Dasher, I asked where it was, my Medium fry was rubbery, and cold. Which would be understandable since Door dash took their time getting my food. But the thing with the fries is I got maybe a half, maybe, filled container. This is just the last and final straw. Will never be ordering from this store again, I would advise you the same.

Drive through. Chocolate shake tasted funny, almost a plastic flavor, weird. Quarter pounder with cheese, with everything....sigh. pickles never great flavor, onions strong (old, although a quick cold water rinse would help that if they knew) and burger had a couple chunks of bone that hurt my teeth when chewing until I could spit them out. I typically do not have high expectations, but usually better than Burger King. Best chain burger joint still Culver's by a long shot, then Hardee's burgers in my opinion.

It was alright. There were a lot of employees working. It appeared that there was an employee there who was just eating but they had to help at the till while two other employees were talking. A young child was allowed behind the counter.
