This Pizza Ranch is one of our favorite places to eat! The staff are always so friendly and professional — they truly make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The food is absolutely amazing, and we especially love the Buffet Your Way option — it’s such a great idea and always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for families. We especially love the music they play and the mission of Pizza Ranch. Our kids can’t get enough of the FunZone and love the food and ice cream! We highly recommend this Pizza Ranch to anyone looking for great food, great people, and a great time! 🍕👏

Not quality at all. Place is dirty and run down, Staff was arguing and swearing at each other the whole time, the little pizza that was out was cold and toppings tasted like bad leftovers, chicken was raw, wasn't brave enough to even attempt the tiny salad bar. Hard to believe it's a pizza ranch... sad. Waste of money.

Went in with my boyfriend at 3:00 while the place is clearly open, even says its open online. Walked in and got told to leave immediately. “We’re not open sir leave now”. Ok, why didn’t you lock the door if it’s closed? We asked when they’d be open and the man just said “Leave, goodbye”. Like dude? Fr? Thats so rude! Never going again.

Unbelievably rude customer service. Walked in and the guy at the checkout acted like he didn't want our business. Informed us that we better clean up after our kids because he's sick of dealing with that type of stuff, even though we hadn't even paid yet. And continued to go on and on. Walked out before we even ate. I've never been treated so poorly at a restaurant.

The chicken was great.I've been to several of these restaurants over the years. This one is in desperate need of an update. Dingy and neglected as far as decor and cleanliness.The worst part was observing the man who seemed to be "the boss" hyper vigilantly micromanage the one employee that was there working with him. It was at a level that I'd consider abusive.The kitchen is open to the dining room and so it was it like watching a drama play dinner theater style, lol.There is a sign for help wanted but after witnessing the show I don't think anyone could work with or for that guy.

We have been to this Pizza Ranch in the past and enjoyed the food and the people working there. Tonight, super disappointing. There were only two kinds of pizzas to choose from. It’s literally a pizza buffet! The staff were extremely hostile. What is wrong with these lazy people who don’t want to work anymore? I guess if I was in my 40’s or 50’s still working at a pizza place, I guess I’d be hostile too. Losers. They have you tip beforehand too and got 20% out of us only to have an attitude the whole time we were there. They never once came to the table. Trust me when I say just don’t do it. I should have read the recent comments before we went. The staff are literally driving the business into the ground. The most uncomfortable dining experience ever…

My wife and I stayed at a resort in the area Father's day weekend 2023. I got to pick where we went to eat on Father's day and I picked my favorite....PIZZA RANCH!!! We walked in and it was a disaster and should've been a sign! We try and give people the benefit of the doubt. It looked like they had been really busy and just got slammed! Everything was a mess and pizza was warm at best.The icing on the cake was the manager and one of the cooks got into not 1 but 2 absolute screaming matches!!! They were swearing, screaming, and making threats to each other. I'm not a nervous person and it was so bad that it was the first time I wished I had my conceal carry on me as this thing was going bad fast and I feared how far it was going to go!!We waited until they calmed down and walked out! We do not complain ever....but I will say this was the hands down the worst and scariest experience we have ever had going out to eat and trying to have a good time.My wife contacted Pizza Ranch Coporate and all we wanted was our $35 taken off of our card as we live 3 hours away, but instead Pizza Ranch has the manager that was screaming call my wife and say he was sorry! Save your apology and keep our money we will NEVER be back to that location and that manager should've been fired!! I understand you sell franchise's but that is NOT the representation that you want!!I'm not sure if I was more disappointed in our experience or their lack luster attempt to rectify the situation!!

My son was home for Thanksgiving and we went up to visit my sister who lives in the area. We stopped here for dinner. This is not your normal Pizza Ranch! It looks Like a retro style cafe/restaurant and is attached to a bowling alley. The buffet is smaller than your normal pizza ranch, but the food quality is great! They don’t have as large of a variety, but they have all the good stuff you go to Pizza Ranch for, pizza, chicken, taters and dessert pizzas. I would stop here again, because I like the retro feel of restaurants/cafes and hotel/motels when they are clean and have good friendly service!

Not the best. Only half the warming lights were on so most pizza was luke warm. Marinara sauce for dipping was cold. . Atmosphere in there was confrontational between the supervisor and employee ,with the one being told, if he doesn't like it , there's the door. Probably won't be going back after today.
