The girl at drive thru was not able to serve me small hot latte with double shot , she wanted to force charge me 2 separate shots on my lattes, awful experience!!

I definitely love my local Scooters. I go here almost daily every week. Pretty much friendly staff for the most part. There's a few that could be improved a little bit. Otherwise, I don't want any other coffee except Scooters. I want to thank you for your business in this local town.

I stopped in today after a really rough, up for the day at 3 with the kids kind of day and the amazing service, kind, compassionate staff just flipped my day on its head. I didn't catch the name of the woman serving me today, but she's a real world changer and I send many thanks to her. The world needs more like her!

Great spot in Park Rapids. We were on a quick run to town to find coffee and fuel. The staff was friendly and very patient as my wife sifted through the options. Coffee and food was excellent!
