We love bringing the boat to eat.

Stopped for an early dinner. Surprised to find happy hour is 7 days a week. Had a drink and flat iron steak dinner which came with a trip to the salad bar, baked potato, and corn on the cob. Steak was cooked just right. Will definitely go back.

Really loved this place on the lake. Unfortunately, couldn't try the menu because a wedding reception was there. Love the atmosphere! We will definitely be coming back.

The only thing that was good was the French onion soup and the flat iron steak.
We never received or were offered a side salad or soup that was supposed to come with the dinner. My husband chopped sirloin was overdone. The sides of garlic mashed potatoes and corn were cold.
No plans to go back there any time soon

Nice location and maybe a nice place to stay, we didn’t stay there, but it’s not a resort, just so you know. The disappointing part is the quality of the food! All the positive food reviews are baffling. The food is below mediocre. The service was fine, but the food quality was NOT. Sorry, have to be honest.

Almost thirty-five years ago I honeymooned here with my ex-wife. I stopped back in on my way through today and, while a lot has changed, the North Woods ambiance and the friendliness of the “new” owners and the locals at Clancy’s is the same if not even better than before, and the food was terrific. I had the broasted chicken, which was crispy, juicy, and perfectly done, real mashed potatoes with country gravy, and the best coleslaw I’ve ever had. The beer was cold and the reception was warm. As a bonus I got to enjoy the first snow of the season with a group of new friends. I’m glad I decided to come back up and check it out. I was more than pleased and look forward to coming back often.

We ate Tuesday hamburger special and then back on Thursday night for the taco dinner. Outstanding service and food was great. Awesome atmosphere!! Looking forward to when we get get back up there.

Love this place and have been going for years every time I am in Park Rapids!

Au Gratin potatoes are potatoes in nacho cheese sauce. Walleye fish and chips are frozen fish and frozen potatoes. Pretty disappointed.

Food and drinks: Salad bar was a variety of toppings and 2 mixed salads. With a reasonably priced entree [fettucine] my companion ordered boasted chicken and liked it very much. The view from Clancy's is outstanding. Unfortunately, the band canceled due to the rain we received that night. It was a delicious dinner and we had a cheerful and efficient waitress.
