I wanted to give a review for The Healthy Hornet(formally The Hive) in Frazee which is owned by Jen, owner of HOL Nutrition. I have always been very satisfied with my teas and can depend on the store to open during posted hours. They are great at advertising if they intend to close early, advertising their monthly specials and new shakes and teas to try. Their staff is amazing and Always provide great service while acknowledging the customer in a professional manner. I am very happy to have The Healthy Hornet in Frazee and hope they stick around for a long time as they are a great addition to main street!

HOL is truly amazing! The staff there treat you like family. They make the BEST shakes & teas! The facility is always clean. The staff are always so welcoming and answer your questions throughly. And great prices too!! HIGHLY recommend HOL!

It makes sense why they are busy due to their amazing customer service. I highly recommend HOL. I will not go any where but HOL from now on.

I stopped in the store to order a tea. Three employees were there and none of them acknowledged me. Two disappeared into the back room when I approached the counter while the third didn’t move from the register. I waited a few minutes before one of the girls came out of the back room and asked what I wanted. I ordered my drink and paid. The girl behind the register handed the drink to me without saying a word. No “Thank you” or “Have a nice day” nothing. I sent a personal message through Facebook to them relating the situation and expressing my disappointment in the lack of customer service I received. I got no reply from them. Once again I was unacknowledged and ignored. It is for these reasons why I will no longer go to HOL.
