Disappointing for a sit down restaurant , food was served on paper plates, plastic silver ware and disposable cups.. and take out containers. Inside was run down, all workers were wearing their winter jackets,. Supplies piled in corner of restraunt. Fried rice was white rice dyed yellow.

It is obvious that this place is aimed at takeout service. Boxes stacked in the entry and by the front of the store. Food served in to go containers with paper plates and plastic utensils. That being said, the food was good, service was good and portions were large. My recommendation? Order out and enjoy the comfort of your home or even your car 🚗 as you will feel more comfortable there.

Food was good but I wish they would’ve gave me the option to choose which rice I wanted before they choose for me because I’m not a big fan of white rice

This was some of the best Asian style food I have had in a long time!! Everything was vey hot and delicious! The downside is they serve you on cheap disposable dishes and silverware. It really downgrades the atmosphere of a great meal. If there would have been real dishes, it would have been 5/5.

Was there today 9/19/2024 and ordered 42.70 of food then asked for the free egg rolls with a 40.00 dollar order. We were told the lunch special doesn't count. Nowhere on the cover of the take out menu does it state that. It. says with a 40.00 purchase you get two free egg rolls. The woman at the window said the 8.95 lunch doesn't count. No matter what I said she was not getting it. She just kept coming up with more excuses. this place is the only game in town to get Chinese food so they make any rule they want!! And she is always rude!!

Can't believe a Chinese place this good is out here in the relative middle of nowhere. Only real negative is that they never fully re-embraced dining in after COVID. You can eat in but you get paper plates and plastic forks, and half the dining room is used to store takeout containers.

We have been a jin hu customer for YEARS. we ate indoors last week (usually order to go by drive through) and were really surprised at the cleanliness. Table was sticky and so were the chairs. Napkins were just a blob on the table. Silverware was plastic. When you drive into parking lot the plants and shrubs have ALWAYS been in need of weeding/trimming but didn’t bother us as i guess it is not there thing but in review its true that what you see on the outside is kind of the same as the inside. Hope owners read this.

This place used to be great. I have ordered the occasional take-away from this restaurant for many years. It used to be reliably good. You probably know that American so-called "Chinese" food is always greasy, it seems to come with the territory, and I accept that. Last time I was there it was *super* greasy. Moreover, the battered deep-fried chicken (orange chicken, the same as they use for General Tso) was cooked to the point of being tough, and tasted burnt and like they had cooked in over-used oil; plus a dish that was supposed to be shrimp-something (I forget) had almost NO shrimp in it and what it did have hadn't all been peeled. I like the young people who do customer-facing work there and I don't wish them ill if the business falters, but I sure wish they could get some cooks who know what they're doing and *care* at least a little about what's going out. BTW: The egg rolls and wontons are pretty consistent and decent. No doubt they're ordered in frozen and just flash-fried. If that's what you're looking for you can probably count on it. It's nearly all I order anymore, when I want a deep-fried-food fix.
I ate here on Saturday July 6th 2024 and I was not impressed to eat my food out of a Styrofoam container when eating in the restaurant and I also was not impressed with drinking my water out of a plastic cup and my mom was not impressed either and the waitress was wearing gloves but I caught her touching her glasses with her gloves on and is very unsanitary when it comes to touching food and and restaurant was very dark lighting was pretty dim and just not very clean but the food was good overall and decided not to ever eat here again

Food is great! You can eat in if you want but it's basically a take out situation.
