Went through drive thru, didn't get a sandwich we ordered. Went back very rude customer service no apologies threw our sandwich in a bag and slammed it on the counter. Do better be better.

Service was so rude! I must've had 6 people walk by upfront before anyone acknowledged me. The manager was the rudest of all the people working. They were having computer issues, which is no big deal I didnt mind waiting, but when I asked a question I was completely blown off. I just wanted to know if my online order went through, and the response I got was to cancel my order. My food was cold, if I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered breakfast on the app for pickup. When I arrived the food was ready. However when I left and opened my breakfast bagel there was next to no breakfast sauce on it, and I had 2 of them in my order. I had ordered extra sauce for both of them, which I did pay extra for. I have dietary needs and cannot eat dry bread. I called to let them know that the kitchen staff needs to pay better attention to orders. The manager was rude on the phone and blamed her rudness on not being from this country. My breakfast was ruined very disappointing!!

The place was filthy. Garbage overflowing, on the floor. Other customers asked about it, staff did nothing. The tables and floors were dirty and sticky. Staff wasn't present, the person that brought our food out didn't say anything, had to ask for part of our order as well.French fries were stale and cold. Sad to see. Won't be back.

I have around 8 years of fast food experience with DLRogers Sonics. 6 of which I was a co owner. This place loves to double dip cold fries. 1 large fry, could probably squeeze out a third cup of grease. When you reddip cooked fries, instead of cooking, the oil just heats. When you pull them out, all the air pockets in the fry hold that grease in, instead of draining it, as they were cooked and soaked it up. Nasty nasty. Also terrible to door dash for. 15 minute wait on two large drinks the other day, and on many occasions watching my customers food go cold while it's in the bag just waiting for sticker seals. Absolutely terribly ran establishment. Good luck getting deliveries from here 😂

This location in Perham, mainly when the nasty looking manager with two many chins is running it. Last night, around 730pm I ordered some food. The fries were obviously double cooked (reheat cold fries instead of cooking new ones), as a large fry gave me around 1/3 cup of grease (squeezed out). As someone who ran a restaurant for 7 years, and has held Serv Safe certification for the last *decade*, Id say this place should be closed down if they can't serve proper food. it's so unhealthy to literally feed people 1/3rd cup of fryer oil because you are too lazy to cook new fries.
Maybe I should post this today because yesterday I waited 22mins for two mini ice creams..and if it's one thing I hate it's waiting on some simple shit. Now any other day they would gotten 5 stars for service because they do have decent service....but yesterday must have been a bad shift or some shit. So with that said 7/10. That one manager there is tops. But when she not working....I won't be there

this McDonald's has some of the best and fastest service with a smile. the entire workforce at this place was excellent and all worth a smile. The employees seem close and provide customers with an excellent eating out experience. The store itself is clean and the staff are always at the ready to help their customers. I would definitely eat here again.
