My daughter absolutely loves this place. It's pretty decent in my opinion. I don't know how often ingredients are turned over, but often times they look like they have been there awhile (it's basically a Chipotle style setup). The staff are generally polite but not outwardly friendly. It's a place we visit probably once a month.
They have good flavor and honestly a really good product. If you're looking for "Authentic Mexican," look somewhere else. However, I choose this over Chipotle' any day.

I've been coming to Papacitos for years. The food generally has good flavor, but they need to work on a few things:1) Friendliness - Generally speaking, workers are not friendly and in a rush. When someone asked if they could sub out a different meat, they told her 'no' even though you can "BYO" for the same $$.2) Portions - are really small now - 1 small scoop of what you ask for, even when buying the "Large". I went home with mine and doctored...
